Welcome to Evergreens 1412. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath downstairs condo offers a wonderful escape from everyday life. With room for 4 guests with a queen in the master and two twins in the guest room and access to an indoor pool and jacuzzi, fitness room and clubhouse as well as the sister community's outdoor pool, jacuzzi fitness room and clubhouse. This condo has 3 flat screen TVs, full kitchen, washer, dryer, gas fireplace and Grandfther Mountain view from the covered deck.
*This unit is Non-Smoking and does not allow Pets.
*4-wheel drive is recommended for winter months
