Situated right on the south fork of the New River, this comfortable cottage is the perfect place for fishing and water sports. Enjoy the wildlife and woods from the open deck. Cozy up to the gas log fireplace on colder days. Great room has fully equipped kitchen, dining area with 4-top table, and living room with TV. Sleeps 4, with 1 double bed and 1 queen. Located close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Gravel parking for 4. Window AC unit. Pets welcome. NO SMOKING!
