Sit on the covered front porch of this large Maine family cottage in the Village of Bayville and enjoy views of the water through the trees. A typical summer cottage, with open-studded walls throughout, takes you back to a simpler time. Kitchen and dining room on main level, in addition to the living room, with its wonderful old-fashioned fireplace and large windows. One bedroom and both baths on the first floor; additional bedrooms on second floor.

My sister from Houston, Tx and I (from Dracut, ma) rented Lobster House on Linekin Bay for a week last summer. We had a wonderful vacation! The location was fantastic and we enjoyed our daily visits from the osprey and bald eagle, while sipping coffee or drinks on the deck overlooking the bay. We experienced a thunderstorm as it made its way across the bay until it was finally upon us. Sunsets were glorious. We highly recommend Lobster House as a perfect vacation location.
