Gorgeous, Modern VILLA !

A stunning new villa, very spacious with exquisite panoramic views. Located on the north shore of the island of Koh Samui and situated in one of the most convenient and sought after locations on the island..

Facing east on the peninsula between Bang Rak and Bophut it enjoys beautiful sunrises and stunning views across Bang Rak Bay.

The magnificent Big Buddha is visible across the bay together with panoramic vistas of the north coast and neighbouring islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan.

Newly constructed, the villa comprises 3 floors with a total built area of over 400 square meters. Entrance is at ground level and leads to the main living area. Here there is a large comfortable sofa plus bean-bag seating adjacent to a wall mounted TV and music centre.

To the left of the room there is a dining area with a beautiful teak table and seating for eight people. The entire back wall is composed of glass sliding doors. These open onto a large covered balcony which enjoys unobstructed views of Bang Rak bay. The balcony also contains a dining table and chairs for dining 'Al Fresco'.

At the rear is located a fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

An exterior staircase leads from the living area down to the pool and pool terrace. All the balustrades in the villa are of clear tempered glass which give amazing uninterrupted views. Stairs from the living area lead both up and down to the two other levels.

The 'up' stairs lead to the Twin Bedroom and the Master Bedroom. The 'down' stairs lead to the lower level which houses two further Double Bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom has large sliding glass doors leading to a balcony equipped with recliners. Here, at the highest point of the villa, the views are incredible.

All bedrooms have individual spacious 'en-suite' facilities comprising shower, basin and w.c. The master bedroom additionally has a lovely bath on a plinth. Built in wardrobes provide generous space for clothing, shoes, etc. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning. Both double bedrooms also have glass sliding doors which lead directly out onto the pool terrace.

The pool terrace is equipped with a table and chairs with loungers for 'sun worshippers'. A lovely rectangular pool will keep you cool and the overhanging balcony above will also provide some welcome additional shade in the afternoons.

The Villa has fibre optic Wifi, DVD player and cable TV.

Bophut is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa and there are also excellent restaurants to be visited only a short distance away. The bustling resort of Chaweng can also be reached in around 15 minutes.

Wir verbrachten viel Zeit vor ihrer Ankunft zu versuchen, mit Arrangements mit einer Überraschung Heiratsantrag zu helfen, so waren besonders enttäuscht über ihre Kommentare zu unseren Attitude. Die Punkte unter den Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind Rasierer enthält Transformatoren, um Spannung zu reduzieren. Diese Funktion mit Rasierer, aber nicht mit 240-Volt-Geräte wie Foene aus Sicherheitsgründen. Das ist normal üblichen Sicherheitspraxis in allen Bädern. Keine Bäder sollte 240-Volt-Punkte enthalten und sogar Lichtschalter außerhalb der Bäder befindet. Wir sind überrascht, dass sie nicht weiß, das Der Safe war zunächst arbeiten, aber 8 Tage in ihren Urlaub benötigt es eine neue Batterie und dies wurde noch am selben Tag das Problem gemeldet wurde ersetzt. Es gab überhaupt keine Beschwerden über die Villa, ihre Einrichtungen oder Sauberkeit während der ersten Woche blieben. Eine Woche in den Urlaub ein Gast beschwert, dass ein Ring wurde nach einem Tag am Strand fehlt. Zuerst wurde sie gesehen, die Suche in der Straße, aber andernfalls, es zu finden, schlug sie vor, dass es von der Villa gestohlen worden sein, wie ein erster Stock Balkontür war nicht richtig verriegelt ist. Die Polizei wurde gerufen, um nachzuforschen. Sie drückten ein Urteil, das wäre es äußerst schwierig, Zugang zu dieser Balkontür, die etwa 20 Meter über dem Boden dekoriert mit Glasgeländer ist zu gewinnen. Handtaschen, Computer, Geldbeutel und viele andere Sachen blieben in der Gegend völlig ungestört der Gast behauptete der Ring war aus getroffen. Leider weil die Gäste nicht ausreichend versichert sie nicht für den Verlust sie behauptet hatte, trat bedeckt. Sie fühlten, fälschlicherweise, dass die Eigentümer sollten sie erstatten. Wir glauben, dass diese Bewertung ist völlig ungenau und ist das Ergebnis einer schlechten Gefühl nach einer unbegründeten Verlust, die wir waren nicht bereit, zu decken. Response from the owner We are sorry that these guests did not enjoy their stay, especially as we were excited about their arrival, having spent days of our own holiday researching the perfect location for a wedding proposal. A week into the holiday a guest complained that a ring was missing. after a day out at the beach. First she was seen searching in the road but failing to find it she suggested that it must have been stolen from the villa as a first floor balcony door was not locking properly. The police were called to investigate. They expressed an opinion that it would be extremely difficult to gain access to this balcony door, which is some 20 feet above ground level topped with glass balustrades. Handbags, a computer, purse and many other belongings were left completely undisturbed in the area the guest claimed the ring had been taken from. Unfortunately because the guests were not adequately insured they were not covered for the loss they claimed had occurred. They felt, mistakenly, that the owners should reimburse them. There were no complaints at all regarding the villa, its facilities or cleanliness for the first week they stayed. The points under the basins in the bathrooms are shaver points containing transformers to reduce voltage. These function with shavers but not with 240 volt appliances like hair-driers for safety reasons. This is normal standard safety practice in all bathrooms. We believe that this review is completely inaccurate and is the result of bad feeling following an unsubstantiated loss which we were not willing to cover. Response from the owner Its surprising that you felt the location was average, as the villa is undoubtedly in one of the most premier spots on Koh Samui. There are restaurants within walking distance but agreeably all the roads on Samui are treacherous and badly lit. We don't advise people to walk along them at night but to take the local transport, averaging around £3 per group to get to the fisherman village or just about anywhere on the Island. It is a fun way to get around and experience the local way of life.
