The city of Boquete is just 30 minutes from David, the capital of Panama's ChiriquĂ Province. Nestled among the country's most mountainous region, at 1,200 meters (3,600 ft.), Boquete is located between the Caldera River to the east, and Baru Volcano to the west. David can be reached from Panama City by domestic flight (just over an hour) or by express coach (6 hours). A taxi from David to Boquete costs about $20.

Our stay in the condo was very enjoyable. The golf course and indoor swimming pool were an added benefit. The resort has a tranquil atmosphere due to its elevation and beautiful gardens. When returning to Boquette, I will stay here. It is a short walk into town and about 30 minutes from David airport.

This studio apartment has all the basics you need. But best of all it is in an oasis of beauty with full use of the excellent resort amenities. We played golf, enjoyed the luxury pool, sauna and gym. We were mesmerized by the sound of rippling waters in all the streams running through the gorgeous grounds on our daily walks. The abundance of flowers were everywhere. We highly recommend place!

We and our two young daughters stayed 4 nights at Brenda's condo and found it to be quite new, clean, bright and comfortable. The kitchen facility, however, is best for light cooking only. We also enjoyed Valle Escondido resort and its facilities. The landscaping is very well done so that things are in harmony with the gorgeous nature surroundings. We spent as much time at the resort as we did in Boquete town.
There a couple things that could have been better to help make it more pleasant for the guests (and make the condo closer to 5 stars). There was only one roll of toilet paper which necessitated an "urgent" trip to town when it ran out. We just assumed there would be more than one so didn't bother to check before hand. The condo's wireless connection requires a password so if you plan on using the Internet be sure to ask Brenda before hand since she has no phone contact. We didn't and could not get Internet at first. Luckily we found a note left in the closet from a prior guess. It seems they had the same issue so decided to help out future guests with the note. Thanks for the note whoever left it. Hopefully the cleaning service won't throw it away.

Mi familia y yo pasamos una semana excelente. Mucho confort y todas las facilidades. Ha sido una de las mejores opciones de alquiler que hemos experimentado. La Sra. Brenda, su propietaria fue muy amable y gentil en darnos toda la informaciĂłn y aclararnos cualquier duda. A pesar de que todo fue mediante mensajes, pudimos percibir su amabilidad. El apartamento que se encuentra dentro del complejo de Valle Escondido es una excelente opcion ya que se goza de una tranquilidad, unos paisajes y todas las comodidades que el hotel puede brindar. El personal del hotel muy atento tanto a la hora de registrarnos como al momento de retirarnos de la propiedad.

Acabamos de regresar de este bello paraĂso llamado Boquete, desde que nos contactamos con la propietaria de quien hemos recibido una excelente atenciĂłn al igual que del personal del complejo, muy atentos y amables, en cuanto a la propiedad que alquilamos está muy acogedora, muy limpia, muy bien arreglada, en una sola palabra "confortable"...El complejo cuenta con una seguridad permanente, en sus instalaciones se puede disfrutar del verdor y belleza de la naturaleza combinada con lo moderno...Definitivamente pasamos una vacaciones maravillosas...

This was a great place to stay. There was one large room with 2 beds and a nice large bath with a kitchenette. The only downsides were there was no table to eat your meal and there was no outside balcony or deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree with your comments about the absence of a table and balcony, but was let down by the developer/hotel. They furnished the condo to a high specification (dressing table, full dressing mirror, luxury mattresses and quilts etc), which made the omission of the table more curious. I've been looking to add this item, but have not yet found a suitable one. There was indeed a balcony in the original architectural plan, which was somehow dropped during construction. I hope you were able to relax in the beautiful open public areas though.

We stayed a week in this condo within the golf resort. The accommodation was very comfortable, with an excellent view of the valley. We tried most of the club facilities, including golf course without green fees, heated pool, gym etc. The resort itself is very beautiful with brooks running around the property giving it a tranquil and refreshing feel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are nice too. Altogether it exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with our stay.

We had an easy time getting in the gated community and were met promptly by property manager. The condo is well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom nice. Very easy to rent and enjoyed it!

We spent a month in Boquete and enjoyed every minute in our Valle Escondido condo. The grounds were very safe with the 24/7 security on duty. The town was 5 minute walk away. It is easy to see why Boquete is considered one of the top 5 spots to retire in the Western Hemisphere!

The high class accommodation was delightful with stunning views over the valley. As well as enjoying the use of the large indoor pool and sauna and the testing 9 hole golf course, we ate very well at the excellent restaurants which catered for all budgets. Altogether, we found it to be a very relaxing and calming environment.

Boquete in Valle Escondido has a very relax environment. A lot of trails to walk around and inside Valle Escondido. And it is so near of dowtown Boquete. Birds singing, good weather. Lovely!!

We stayed there in March. The apartments are set aside from the houses. Although the surrounding apartment were yet to be finished when we were there but the one we stayed in was ready and we had nearly the whole building to ourselves. It was a very pleasant stay. The suite was very clean and large. It had two large beds with cosy quilts in the bedroom with comfort chairs in the room. The kids loved it. The suite is connected to the owner's main apartment but we only used the suite. We had beautiful surroundings in Valle Escondio. Great restaurants. It was a very relaxing stay. Would definitely return. Keep up the good work.

Newly built condo with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Its location is "almost" walking distance from the center of Boquete and a short driving distance from areas of interest. The views are spectacular with an abundance of colorful blossoms and, of course, there are the hummingbirds!
