The two bedroom property was ideal for a small family or group. Great location on the Beach however need to appreciate this side has very strong winds...wasn't a problem but some folks may be disappointed at the lack of use of the beach due to the winds and Kite-surfers - great to watch but you won't be swimming in the ocean!
Seven Stones is very relaxed and good level of services...a bit strange that they can't have a better billing system as this flat is an owner flat separate to the resort...a minor hassle. Ideally located to the main beach where most of the action is - a five minute stroll to D mall and then the beach with all the water sport facilities...bargain for the water sports as you can get a more reasonable price! Highly Commend Calypso Dive Centre - great guys and made the family scuba trip a real event...go and do the Monkey Island trip even if you don't dive as good to get away from main island and the BBQ/beers were great. -

This was a very unique condo set up. You could rent it as two bedrooms or one bedroom. When we arrived we were given cool refreshing drinks and immediately shown our room. We were traveling with a 10 and 11 year old. So, it was perfect for us to put them in room number two with two single beds, a TV and DVD player -- great for adults who want to sleepmin in the morning.
The deck was huge and being on the first floor we had a great view of the beach and the pool the watch the children swimming. This condo is at a sport beach, not a swimming beach, so it was quiet in the evening and our view of the water and sunset was phenomenal.
Also, we had the best of both worlds as the popular White Beach and restaurants and nightlife were a short ten minutes away. We could go to the beach and outnto dinner and enjoy as much nightlife as possible with two children. Or we could stay at the condo and prepare a meal there with items purchased at the nearby grocery store.
There are also hammocks and beach chairs available to relax and enjoy the view with bar service to your chair. Oh, and there is an in-pool bar. Fantastic.
As you can see, I can not say enough about this condo, its accessibility and the overall quality we found
One note, if you are renting the smaller room there is not really a view from your condo of the water, but you can go to the roof top terrace and see the view from there. -

186411Fantastic stay at Palm Breeze

We stayed a Palm Breeze Villa for the first week of a two week stay in Boracay. It's an amazing place to stay, there is only 4 or 5 rooms so very peaceful. The rooms are really nice, well decorated, cleaned daily and with air con. The villa is set on a hill overlooking Bulabog beach, it takes just a minute to walk down some steps and onto the beach. The views from the villa are great, there is a breakfast menu available which is one of the best on the island and the massages on the private beach shouldn't be missed.
Bulabog beach is the quieter side of the island and is where the kite surfers are due to the wind which is great to cool you down. There are a few kite surfer bars and restaurants along the beach and it's just a ten minute walk to White Beach and D'Mall where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. In the day White Beach has amazing sea and sand which is quite breath taking but it can get a little crowded in peak season which makes Palm Breeze location on Bulabog beach a perfect getaway from the crowds but close enough to have the best of both.
The staff were really helpful and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thanks to Maracel who couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay.
If you have the pleasure of meeting the owners, Julia and Norman, they have plenty of tips on things to do and places to eat. Thanks for making our trip a memorable one. -

Had a very pleasant stay, great room, great view, nice pool, awesome staff. Breakfast could do with an upgrade but cant fault the service. It's away from the action but not far which I found very nice, it's like going to another world after the intense main beach.

Thanks to Norman, Julia and their staff, we had a comfortable place to relax and explore Boracay from. It was clear from the start that they all really enjoy hosting and care about their guests. That combined with a wonderful small hotel made for a great trip.
Here were some of the highlights for us: 1st, the nice studio room we stayed in. Great little kitchen was very cool when you need a break from going out. Only drawback with that room in particular was the door being located outside the main area, making for a few more steps and another gate to the pool. The pool and deck were very inviting with both sunny and shaded areas and a well-designed shelf/bar and stools built into the pool.
We were very impressed with the breakfasts. Great coffee and food expertly prepared. We weren't expecting the high-end restaurant quality from a small-scale operation.
The location is ideal if you want easy access to kite boarding or you are looking for a quiet place away from the busy side. A little walk or trike is required to get to the white beach restaurants. We preferred to walk since the road was pretty bumpy for the trikes anyway. This was a good trade-off for us especially when you factor in the increased cost of places closer to the center of white beach.
Overall, nothing short of excellent.
