Queen sized bed with enhancer for ultimate sleeping comfort, soft bedsheets. Bathroom with shower, fresh towels every day and hair dryer. Beach towels upon request. Daily professional cleaning included. Three units available. Extra bed can be provided.

Along a car-free road leading to station 3 of the Main White Beach of Boracay. My unit is on the second and top floor, overlooking the forest of Mandala Spa. The South part (Station 3) is less commercial and more residential than the other parts of the Main Beach, yet just a 15 minutes walk away from the action. From the jetty port a "multicab" minivan can bring you here in 10 minutes, as you don't need to cross the whole island. Grocery, money changer and good restaurants all a stone throw away. Plenty of quiet beach on this side. Looked after by a great caretaker who attends to your needs.

Me and my wife been there for 16 Days. The appartement is very nice ! Everything is new and Modern.Nice Kitchen Flaat Sreen TV and the Bad also ok.Walking to the Beach only 5 min to Station 3. By the way Station 3 is anyway a much better place to stay then 1 or 2 ! Very quit and not so many people.We where really happy in this appartement.The owner is very friendy. And the Guy who managed everything for us ( Joel) was very friendly and when we had a problem or something he was always there for us very quick and did all that we feel good there...we will come back !

Upon arrival at the property, One can be assured that what was advertised looked exactly what it is . I was checked in promptly by Joel-a very accommodating and professional caretaker of the unit. Was thoroughly oriented about the place and was assured that if there are any concerns, contacting him wouldn't be a problem. In fact, getting assistance from Joel was excellent! Keeping the place clean on a daily basis would be an understatement-Joel personally kept my unit as if it was to receive a new guest on a daily basis-not to mention that the cleaning schedule was very flexible and tailored to the time I'm out.The apartment is really a few walks away from the beach. Property is well secured round the clock. Staff is courteous and very accommodating . Unit is self contained with all the modern amenities .

My gf and I stayed at Green Point earlier this month and loved it! It is situated on Station 3 which is the quieter side of the island and it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. To get to the main part of the island, Station 2, it was a 10 minute walk and a 3 minute tricycle ride via the main road.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Joel, the caretaker, who was very hospitable and helpful during our stay, our room was cleaned every day or whenever we asked. We have no complaints about the studio we rented and would gladly book it again. We recommend this place for people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and enjoy a spacious, clean room with air conditioning and a modern feel. -

Thank you Peter for the wonderful stay at your cozy apartment a stone throw away from the majestic beach and advising us on so many things to do (and not) on the wonderful island. We found it a bit crowded but not on this side of the beach. We appreciated the extras offered by the good-hearted caretaker: a hair blower, going out for some fresh fruits, a stain on my new blouse. The unit is kept extremely clean with good quality linen and towels, thanks a lot for the overall good hospitality...will be back!!
