The Horizon Beach Front Studio is a luxurious 60 square foot apartment. It has magnificent sea views through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which lead out the swimming pool and sun deck area furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. A waterfall gurgles down natural limestone rocks and splashes into the swimming pool. The sun deck area also has a view over the entire stretch of Bulabog Beach and the sea.

The apartment is equipped with a Queen sized bed, living area with 32" LCD TV and DVD player, fully equipped kitc...hen, dining table with four chairs, large en suite bathroom with rain-shower and separate toilet. There is daily housekeeping. The top quality towels are changed daily and the high thread-count bed linens are changed every three days.

The apartment has quiet split-system air-conditioning as well as a fan. There is a safety box and a hair-dryer is provided.

There is a shady cushioned sea-view pavilion to relax in, and an on-site restaurant that serves a selection of breakfasts daily from 8am to 10am, and drinks all day long. Unlimited free wifi internet is provided in the apartment as well as on the sun deck and in the pavilion and at the breakfast restaurant.

This is an award winning beach front property located on a slightly elevated position on the north side of Bulabog Beach, the top windsurfing/kiteboarding beach in Asia. A staircase leads down through a rock garden to a small naturally shaded private beach nestled in the rocks, where guests can enjoy relaxing massages on specially built massage tables. Another pathway takes you to a gate with direct access to the main beach, the road and public transportation.

It takes less than two minutes to walk from the entrance of the apartment to be standing on Bulabog Beach.

Additional Location Information

The property is ideally located beach front on Bulabog Beach, on Boracay's eastern coast. This beach is famous for being the best kiteboarding beach in Asia and is very popular with windsurfers too. This side is much quieter and has a more relaxed vibe than the busy White Beach where hotels are intermingled with bars, restaurants and night clubs, and the music goes on until the early hours of every morning. The comfortable apartment is conveniently located at the central part of Boracay Island where the island is at its narrowest, and it is only about one kilometre to White Beach on the west coast, taking only about 15 minutes to walk! There are several restaurants and bars within 1 to 5 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as a few small convenience shops. The two main supermarkets on Boracay as well as the street market are 15 minutes walk. As well, the apartment is on the route to many of Boracay's attractions such as Mt Luhou lookout, the bird park, ziplining, and Zorb ride. All are accessible within 5 mintues drive. Boracay's beautiful 18 hole golf course is also only 7 or 8 minutes drive away.

The apartment is located beside an excellent kiteboarding and windsurfing school/equipment rental shop, a scuba diving centre, and one of the major activities booking centres. There is a beach front Italian/Japanese restaurant just 2 minutes walk down the road, located beside a beach front snack restaurant. There is a 5 Star restaurant in a nearby complex just 6 or 7 minutes walk from the apartment, and there are several other excellent beach front restaurants and bars within 1 - 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the main supermarkets, D’Mall Boracay’s main shopping/restaurant area, and about 15 minutes walk from the busy White Beach. This is where you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants, cosy bars and vibrant night clubs where the beat of the techno music and the dancing go on every night until the early hours of the morning.

At the end of the evening, you can escape the crowds and all night music, and within minutes be back in your peaceful apartment.
