The fully equipped one-bedroom apartment comprises:

Bedroom with Queen sized bed, 32" LCD TV, quiet split-system air conditioning, and safety box.

Living room with hand made furniture and original artwork. Quiet air-conditioning. Second 32" LCD TV with a large selection of international channels .

Fully equipped kitchen/dining area including:

Refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, coffee maker, kettle, blender, frying pans and saucepans, cutlery, uten...sils, crockery, glasses etc.

Enjoy quiet, privacy and magnificent views over the whole of Bulabog beach and the sea as you relax on the poolside loungers with sun umbrellas, or in the cushioned pavilion. Cool off in the swimming pool with a little waterfall flowing into it, and relax at the swim up bar.

A staircase leads down through the rock garden to a small naturally shaded private beach nestled in the rocks, where you can book relaxing massages on specially built massage tables. Another pathway takes you to a gate with direct access to the main beach, the road and public transportation. It takes less than two minutes to walk from the apartment to be standing on Bulabog Beach.

For your convenience, free Wireless broadband internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the apartment as well as on the sundeck area, so you can even check your emails while relaxing by the pool or in the comfortable pavilion.Read more

Additional Location Information

The apartment is located beach front on Bulabog Beach Boracay, on Boracay's Eastern coast. This side has a quieter and more relaxed vibe than the busy White Beach. The apartment is located at the narrow central part of Boracay Island, and the distance from Bulabog Beach to White Beach is less than a kilometre and takes only about 10 to 15 minutes to walk!

The apartment is located beside an excellent Boracay kiteboarding and windsurfing school/equipment rental shop which also has its own small friendly snack bar. There is an Italian/Japanese restaurant just 2 minutes walk down the road, and several other restaurants and bars along Bulabog Beach all within less than ten minutes walk from the apartment.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to D’Mall, Boracay’s main shopping/restaurant area and about 15 minutes to walk to White Beach Boracay. This is where you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants, cosy bars and vibrant night clubs where every night is a party and the music and dancing go on until the early hours of the morning.

At the end of the evening, enjoy escaping the crowds and coming back to your comfortable apartment where you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

  This is an excellent property in the very calm area of Boracay with breathtaking view over "kite beach" and 15 min walk to the heart of white beach. It is easy to get to the Palm breeze with a tricycle or a car. The rooms we have booked were very pleasant and spacious, well furnished with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and tidy. We were very pleased with a fantastic terrace with swimming pool and good place just to relax and enjoy the view. The service and breakfast was also just excellent!
  We know 100% were we will come back next time!

  All the staff are very hospitable. The guests are safe and secured from strangers. Considering the spectacular view of Boracay, the place itself is so accommodating and relaxing. Our over-all stay is fabulous and I definitely recommend the place to anyone seeking comfort on their vacation.
