This vacation house is located at the northern end of Boracay’s White Beach, where the beach is much wider and with such powdery sand. You can enjoy the big space, and everybody can witness the beauty of the sunset touching the beach. Mayumi Beach House is also a stone’s throw away from Fridays Beach Resort and Discovery Shores to the south and Boracay Terraces to the north through the access road, which leads also to the 18-hole golf course. Mayumi Beach House is located in between Villa Kaloo Beach House (on the right) and Robinson Beach House (on the left).

This 2 1/2 weeks in this beautiful place I'll never forget.
The location is fantastic, right on the white beach with this bright blue water and tdo not forget those sunsets ... wowww.
The apartment is very large, very well equipped and very clean.
Caroline, Marthy und Marissa (the Maids) are very friendly, established and very well trained.
I thank specially you three for a wonderful time.
I'm sure I'll come back to this place.

Very nice, quiet, for cool down after a hard woring time!
The Staff are very friendly, perfect service.
Five Star Resorts in walking distance.
All what u need is avaiable (KitchenStuff, Towels, Sun-Umbrella, Beach-Chairs, ...)

We've spent our holidays in Borocay and fell in love with the island it is beautiful and makes you feel like you're in paradise. The appartment was the ideal location. Right at the beach and just a few meters from the center. It was perfectly furnished and it a top condition. The sercice was eccellent as well.
We would highly recommend to stay there.

Boracay has always been one of my and my girlfriend's favorite places to spend our holidays... and it never fails to live up to our expectations ... we always end up having a great time. Our terrific vacations were never complete without our stay in mayumi.
Warm, luxurious and serene... are the words that will mostly describe our stay at this beachhouse, situated just right in front of the white sandy beach of boracay.
We truly appreciate its perfect location, situated in Station 1, allowing me and my girlfriend to adore the beauty of nature in the morning and enjoy the festivities in the evening. Yet accessible to all the restaurants and bars, It is also a place of beauty where silence still reigns. On the other side i love this spot because it enables me to launch my kitesurfing gear directly infront of the door. This variety owes much to the property's location.
It is money well spent with all the floors and rooms having luxurious fittings combined with wonderful architectural features and spectacular view of the beach. Having tried various hotels, I believe its accommodation is among the most private and spacious of its kind.
And last but not the least, the warm and friendly staff made sure that our stay was very comfortable. Cooking needs were made convenient, not to mentioned spotless rooms and furnishings. Land transfer and massage visits can also be arranged, all with English-speaking guides.
It is our fourth time to stay in Mayumi and definitely not the last. We look forward to the next vacation in this amazing beach house.

Penthouse apartment was amazing.
Pick up and return to airport was timely and well organized as always.
Staff friendly and efficient, ran errands when I needed and kept the apartment very clean.
Lost power one night and it never came on in the section that worked the hot tub which I was looking forward to using but never got the chance. -

We had a lovely time over the October half term break. The house is absolute beach front and far enough away from crazy White beach D'mall area but not too far that you can't take a lovely stroll for 20 mins or so along the beach to reach it and enjoy all the restaurants. If you prefer you can take one of the motor bike type taxi's instead at about 75 pp for 5 of us.
We were greeted with a shell necklace and well looked after by the lovely Caroline, Mycel and Romy who cleaned and organised food, massages, pedicures and activities for us when we needed it. Check out prices first as we received conflicting advice but in the end we paid about 350pp per massage or pedicure and about 100pp per trip up to the market and back for Caroline or Mycel to get food for us.
The only negatives are that everyone has their hand out for a tip or inflated prices and the locals will try and sell you any service including looking at sand sculptures as you walk past them on the beach, not to mention hats and sunglasses. Also there are building works going on just two doors down from the apartment which did shatter the peace and quiet during the day. It would have been nice to be notified about this and perhaps received a discount.
On arrival at the airport the company arranged a transfer that didn't arrive. After calling and waiting for 45 mins in the heat we finally talked another company into taking us only to find we could have walked to the ferry terminal in less than 10 mins, it is seriously about two blocks away. When leaving, the same company who was originally going to pick us up and transfer us from the airport came.Needless to say it was a complete shambles. They ferried us to the filthiest spot on the beach and expected us to wade through this foul water before walking to the airport. Just make sure you tell the booking agent you want a professional transfer company because the one that took us from the airport after the booked one didn't arrive was fantastic.
Despite these few pitfalls we would definitely go back again once the building two doors down has been finished, it really is a superb spot and the water is so clean and the sand is really white. The kids enjoyed all the activities from feeding fish, to parasailing, wake-boarding and jet skiing. While I enjoyed sitting on the deck, eating an abundance of mangoes, reading my book and watching the change in tides and to top it all off the sunsets and sunrises were magic. -

Our family spent 6 fanastic days at the Mayumi Beach House. It truly felt like paradise! The house is stunning.. It is a relatively new house, a simply beautiful space with plenty of room to relax both inside and outside of the house. Being on the quieter end of the beach is fine... and lots of restaurants and shopping is just a short walk away...
The house has 3 levels, of which we stayed on the 1st floor. It was nice to be able to directly walkout to the beach... In the 3rd floor penthouse, there is a huge deck with a smal jacuzzi.. Nice...very nice...
The on-site staff was pleasant and so accomodating... From the normal housekeeping, to stocking us with groceries, to arranging in-room massages, pedicures, and snorkleing excursions, they really helped to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Clearly, this has become one of our favorite vacation spots in the world!... We would gladly stay here again! -

I regret to have booked the apartment for only a few days because a few days in Boracay is really just not enough. Checking-in was pleasing. You arrive with a heartwarming welcome from the staff and their service. You own your own kitchen at home, but being the lazy self that I am, I head out to the local restaurants and bars nearby for food and entertainment. You will not run out of things to do or get bored of what to eat because you have a lot of choices around the area, which is just a stroll by the white-sand-beach away. What I like about Mayumi is that the direct surrounding is peaceful and calm, giving you more privacy and a peace of mind if you just want to relax and read your book. It is also right in the beach front, giving you access to the wonderful waters of boracay.
I highly recommend Mayumi Beach house. And if you do stay book it for at least more than 3nights. It will be worth it. -

Our recent Holiday to Boracay was without doubt one of the most relaxing that i have been on. The Mayumi Beach House is right on the beach complete with BBQ on the sand and the pretties house on the strip by far.
it is also down at the quieter end of the beach so easy to catch a taxi bike in or just simply amble along the beach until you get to the restaurant of your choice. The apartment was fully equipped with all that you need. Plenty of supermarkets too to buy breakfast items etc.
Ask for agnes who sells the beads and jewellery. Tell her Tania recommended her. She is so sweet and will give you a great price. Our sons came away with sharks tooth necklaces and were pleased as punch. -
