Welcome to ELSA´s PLACE!
A lovely, quiet, charming, personal and cozy accomodation with a Fantastic Oceanview!
The best place to recharge your batteries is in the hammock hearing nothing but thewind and the ocean!
The house is located 2-3 min walk right above the kitesurfing Mecca of Bolabog Beach and only 10 min walk from White Beach (Station 1) If you don´t want to walk, tricycles (the islands taxis) are around the corner.
The house is divided into 2 completely separate apartments and they can be rented one by one or full house. Max 4 pers in each apartment. (infants and small kids not included)

The house is located in a quiet, residental area on the east coast of Boracay, It´s only a 2-3 min walk from Bolabog Beach and only a 10 min walk to White Beach,(Station 1)
Due to the excellent conditions during okt/nov-march/april Bolabog Beach is the place if you want to start kite- or windsurfing!
Several small restaurants are also in the area as well as small grocery stores.

Peak-Peak season : Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year and Holy Week (Easter) an additional fee of 20% is required.
Included in the rates are: Daily cleaning, WIFI, cableTV, linen, towels (one set), hot water in showers. Nanny service can be provided for a small extra fee.
Note: A key-deposit of 1000 pesos/ apartment is to be paid to the caretaker upon arrival. It will be refunded on your departure. A maintenance fee of 1000 pesos/apartment is also to be paid to the caretaker upon arrival. This fee will be deducted from the rental rate.
OBS!!:: The availibility shows ONLY when the WHOLE HOUSE is booked. Other dates might have both apartments Or only one available, so please feel free to send me an inquiry!
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% of the total rental money is to be paid when booking. The remaining fee is to be paid no later than 3 weeks upon arrival. The prepayment will be paid back if cancellation is made at no later than 1 months before arrival. 25% is paid back if cancelling 3 weeks before arrival. Within 3 weeks-no refund unless other agreed.

We stayed in "Elsas Place" during2 weeks and absolutely Loved it!
The place is not a 5 star hotel but after all-it is not a hotel, it is a private house. It isVery charming, personal and cozy!
The hill though is a killer :-) but it was a good excersise, specially after all the nice food and beers we had on White Beach..Sometimes a "single" took us all the way up so there was no problem.
We had small problems to start with in the house like slow internet-connection etc but after all-we´re on an island in the Philippines sono problem! The kitchen had the basic needs for cooking and despite the termits from the ceiling (not too much and the caretaker Rey was very helpful!) we absolutely loved to stay in the house!! The sound from the ocean, the breeze, the wind_absolutely lovely, specially when laying in the hammock!
We can really recommend the place if you like to escape from the hassle on White Beach! This is a great location, near but still far from the noise. -

I've just got back home after two weeks on boracay staying at this holiday house. I'm too old to be staying at backpackers. Have travelled enough to know that a long stay in a small hotel room is anything but a holiday. So renting this holiday house, with the space to move around, but not share it with backpackers looking for the next full moon party, was perfect. My mate and I had two separate bedrooms, a lounge with music, iPod connections, and cable tv. The kitchen was basic, no running hot water, but enough to cook breakfast, the occasional evening meal. Morning coffee...but with the most delicous food only ten minutes away, why cook? The bathroom was functional, with running hot and cold water, but while I was there, hot weather meant I only used the cold tap. The outside area, too big to be called a balcony, with the most amazing ocean views, is where I spent most of my time. Either lying in the hammock or at the table. Reading, snoozing, looking out to the ocean.
What I liked most about the house was the location. I'm glad that I didn't get sucked into thinking that I needed to stay on the front beach, which is too busy, too noisy, and well exclusively for the tourists. Backbeach meant that it was quiet at night, except for the roosters, and there were more local people around you.
Elsa is right about the hill to the house. It is very steep and a bit of a pain to walk up. But hey, even paradise has its limitations. The house is basic, it is not 5 stars hotel. But, it is very comfortable, and was perfect for my stay. Rey, the caretaker was wondeful, helping me know more about the workings of the island...he also gave me directions to a beach where I was the only one on it... Elsa, the owner, has organised everything from initial online discussion, to payment, to keys. (great stuff seeing she lives in europe and me in australia. ) Will be back. -

Traveling with a dear companion as well as her sister and senior citizen parents in a place where I had never been before was a challenge in finding ideal and affordable Boracay accomodations for 5. The views are beautiful. Scuba diving is walking distance. The layout of the house was good with an upstairs unit with separate kitchen and CR as well as a similar unit downstairs. Well worth the money and allowed considerable privacy; you can get more luxurious but will pay at least double or more to do so. I would stay there again..

A very nice house. Elsa and the house keeper Ray is very friendly. The house is in a perfect location by bulabog beach. Its not expensive to get a trike to white beach. Highly recommended! I enjoyed the stay!
