Tambisaan Beach is not just another beach on Boracay. It is a place where you can get to experience firsthand the handiwork of Mother Nature, as well as get up close and personal with the local community.

Tambisaan Beach is located in between Barangay Manoc Manod and Bantud. To get there you start by taking short trike ride from the jetty port which is only 0-8 minutes(depends on season) from where you arrive on the island in the winter and sometimes when its too windy the boats (station 3 is the closest). From there you can easily find your way to the small village which is adjacent to this beach. If you prefer to take a tricycle you may get one for 50 Philippine Pesos but the price will vary depending on your bargaining skills.

The village near Tambisaan Beach is populated by some of the friendliest people in Boracay, and the laid back lifestyle of the locals will definitely add to the cozy and leisurely feeling that is already prevalent throughout this part of the island. On any given day there will be various numbers of boats around the beach, and you can spend the whole day just watching them come and go.

Part of the attraction of Tambisaan Beach apart from the boats is the view of the distant mountain range, which together with the fluffy clouds and soft blue sky create a setting that can only be described as truly paradise like. The waters of course, are a class of their own; strolling along the white sand and watching the azul waters rushing to the shoreline can be so relazing. Take a dip into the waters and you will see a vast number of coral reefs and fish gliding in these waters. The snorkeling 10 meters from shore is considered the best on the island.

Another added attraction in Tambisaan Beach is the landscape itself, which nature has masterfully sculpted, and combined with the lushness of the greenish scenery and the trees, complete the picture of an earthly paradise. From the beach you can also catch a splendid view of Crocodile Island.

Because of the serene atmosphere that continues to prevail over at Tambisaan Beach, the resorts around the beach are growing very rapidly. While not yet in as great a number as that of the other beaches, the number of cottages and resorts in the area can provide you with all the basic necessities like food and accommodations.
