Located in the most central part of Boracay's Bulabog Beach, this newly built house has great views overlooking the windsurfers and kitesurfers beach.
The ground floor has very large studio apartment with its own entrance, king sized bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The second floor has a large view deck, the masters bedroom with a king sized bed, and a full kitchen. The masters bath has side by side showers, and side by side sinks. Bulabog beach is a short 10 minute walk to D Mall, the most central commercial area of White Beach. In the winter season December thru March, the wind blows on shore, and this is the kite surfers/windsurfers playground. There is a great little Greek restaurant next door, Cyma Shack, and just past a fun neighborhood bar, Levantin. Its much less hectic and commercially developed in this side of the island.

The ground floor apartment is available only from May 1 to Oct 31 and is priced at $95 per night, maximum double occupancy. It has its own access door, living area, bathroom, and kitchenette. 5 year old child and below can sleep in the same bed with no extra charge.

Stayed here for 8 nights and it was absolute bliss. A beautiful beach front view and an over all great accommodation! The place is about 10 mins walk from Dmall and White Beach. It's perfect if you want your privacy and alone time without the hussle and bussle of noise and crowds. But when you want to go out and explore, it's not too far away. The place is clean, well kept, self contained and has great facilities. It's pretty much exactly what you see in the pictures. You get beautiful sunrises in the morning and a nice cool breeze during most of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

We were 4 girls, we stayed at this villa for 3 nights.
The villa is on the Bulabog beach (the sports beach), 5min walk to the over side, the White beach (the most touristic beach).
Great location, quiet, beautiful space, convenient, ... I only have positive thing to say about this place. -

As the title states, we loved our stay and highly recommend staying at this vacation rental. Bulabog beach is about a 10 minute walk (leisurely walk at that) from the hustle and bustle of D-Mall and the heart of Boracay. You want to stay of this side of the island as you don't have to do deal with awful peddlers constantly trying to sell you trinkets, massages, excursion package, etc...
A total of 5 people stayed and the house was more than comfortable enough for all of us. We practically never left the house since we cooked breakfast everyday in the kitchen and only left for dinner as we bought groceries to make lunch or bought from the Greek restaurant next door to the property.
The caretaker stopped by every other day to clean up and provide clean linens. The view from the kitchen and outdoor deck was the best and worth the stay. Do yourself a favor and rent this unit. The owner was very informative and very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room - another two could have fitted in easily - as it was we spread out and had all the space we needed.
The apartment is modern, clean and in an amazing location on Bulabog Beach. This beach is a windsurfing beach and really not for sunbathing. We are not windsurfers, but, it was fantastic to wake up every morning and watch the windsurfers from the kitchen window or relaxing on the sun loungers on the terrace. White Beach is a 10 minute walk away and this has everything that you could ask for from a tourist beach - plenty of white sand, warm sea, every imaginable restaurant and great bars! There were quiet spots if you wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle too.
We were really happy that we had chosen this side of the island to stay on as although there is a great atmosphere on Bulabog at night (the bars either side were great for chilled, late night drinks) it was much quieter than staying right in the middle of White Beach which would have been a bit too hectic for us. We liked being able to stay on White Beach as long as we wanted but to come back to somewhere more chilled.
Other great things about the apartment was the large, flat screen Tv's with non stop movies on HBO (we had a couple of rainy days so this was great for those occasions), the kitchen which meant that we could cook our own breakfasts and we stayed in for dinner one night too - great if you are on a budget or need a quiet night (which we did after New Years Eve!) and also the showers which were warm and lovely.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend these apartments. The owner was extremely helpful, the building is modern and new and staying there was great value for money. If you are a windsurfer then stop reading this and just book - it is perfect for you. If you aren't and are looking for something slightly out of the main tourist area, but, with modern amenities then it is ideal for you too! -

We went for a kitesurfing holiday in Boracay at the end of November.
We were looking for a cool place to stay on the kite beach - Bulabog - for ease of mind. We wanted to be directly on the beach with no need to take any transportation to kite. We wanted to just get out of the room, hook up to the kite and go.
While doing our research we came across this new house on the beach that looked new and cool. We were not disappointed when we got there. The place fit our expectations and much more for many reasons:
1) The house is only 1 year old so everything is new and fresh. It was very clean and in good condition with all the necessities like TVs, AC, fan, hot water, fully equipped kitchen etc...
2) The location was amazing!! Right in the centre of the kitesurfing beach. There is a kitesurfing school on the ground floor with great instructors and equipment. From the big window and terrace you could see the whole bay with all the kite-surfers.
3) Amazing beach restaurant called Cyma just next to the house. Very yammi greek style restaurant open all day for quick snacks or lunch. We had lunch there almost everyday either in the restaurant or delivered to the house. Not to mention the constant flow of fresh juices and coconuts from the restaurant to the house.
4) The service was unbelievable!!! This is truly what made this holiday unforgettable. The cleaner in the house, the guys in the kitesurfing school and the staff in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. They took care of us with a big smile and you could see that they are doing it from the heart and not for the tip.
5) The owners of the house and the kitesurfing school were super nice and helpful. They were very responsive and did their best to satisfy our needs (which is not easy...). And always had very good advice and tips for stuff like restaurants, massage, transportation, kitesurfing etc...

We stayed here for 5 days and rented the whole house. It was great, very modern and have all the things we need, except food of course. The house is right in front of the beach (Bulabog Beach) where all the boats are parked. It is very pretty, especially in the morning where you can see great sunrise view and the water is high.
It is a few minutes walk to D' Mall where we always go and hang out at White Beach for our daily swim. We were lucky that we didn't get any rain during our stay except when we arrived. We sometimes go out to eat and cook our breakfast everyday in their full sized kitchen. The owner and his staff were all very accommodating and attentive to our needs, we felt very safe in the area.
The only thing I can think of that needs to be improved and surely an easy fix is the water pressure for the 2nd and 3rd floor. The 3rd floor cannot get hot water in the shower area, maybe all of us are using all the showers at the same time though?
Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, very ideal to large party and family, that is why, I have recommended it to my relatives to usually comes to Boracay and looking for a beach house.

I have nothing but compliments for this beach house. We were a group of 4 friends travelling together to Boracay and we occupied the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. The house was exactly as portrayed in the photos- what you see is what you get. The view of the beach from the balcony and the sun deck was absolutely amazing.
The service was excellent. I had contacted Bacchus via email prior to our stay and he was very prompt with his replies and provided clear and detailed information. We arrived earlier than the stipulated check-in time on our first day but was allowed an early check-in which attributed to our smooth arrival. When one of our toilets got choked, it was seen to immediately and the problem was solved without any hassle. Amenities were provided exactly as stated and in the photos.
Location of the house was perfect. Being away from the hustle and bustle of white beach, we had nice quiet times (including perfect views to the sunrise). D'mall was a mere 10 min walk away and getting to white beach was very easy. Sporting activities were just a short 3-5 min walk away on Bulabog beach as well.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay with the generous hospitality of Bacchus. Without a doubt, would definitely return to this beach house if we visit Boracay again.
