The Greenhouse is a Beach House, built to Western Standards, in the native Filipina style of Bamboo and Coconut palms, sitting right on the White Beach with unhindered views of the famous Beach and azure Ocean, just down the beach from Station 3.
It is not an hotel, it is a Beach House for Rental, run buy Yorkshireman Ossie Hall and his Filipina partner Alma, to UK standards.

From the moment I arrived at Boracay airport the team at The Greenhouse were there to look after me.
The Greenhouse is in one of the best locations on the main beach of Boracay and Ossie and alma are there to help you with anything you might need. The Greenhouse has everything you need for a great holiday whether you are looking to just relax or take part in the many activities on offer. -

We with friends had a rest on Borakay in February, 2013. Us hospitably met at the airport. Very quickly and without turns delivered to a lodge. The house has two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen equipped completely of technicians. On each floor there is a bathroom. The sea two steps away from the house. Before the house there are sun loungers and a table for breakfasts. Rooms pure, linen and a towel constantly change. The host Ossie very hospitable person, us is sincerely accepted. He helped with all our requests. In the evening for us made tasty dinners. Protection of a lodge was a constant. The lodge costs at the third station. Very successful vacation spot, it is possible to reach the second station in ten minutes. Around there isn't enough to people, quietly and peaceful. Nearby there is a cafe and restaurants. Rest took place imperceptibly! I advise to all to carry out rest in these a lodge. In my following visit of the island Borakaya I will surely stop in Green House.

Upon enquiring if this holiday house was available for the dates that my wife and another couple wanted to travel we were informed that it was. So I emailed back the same day to confirm that the we would like to book the house and to forward the appropriate paper work. Thinking that the hardest part of organising a holiday was accomplished I then proceed to book our flights and time off work with our employers. Sounds good so far. A week or so later I receive an email that informs me that unfortunately he has given the booking to another person. The explanation given was that it was a return guest and as such he had to look after him. You could well imagine my dismay. Anyway moral to this review is I would take any other accommodation at Boracay before here as there is no guarantee on your booking being honoured.

twas a very beautiful place to stay. really quiet. the whole house is clean and well equiped. the owner is really friendly. the upper part of the house is the best spot to watch the sunset while sipping somee fine wine. my boyfriend proposed to me while watching the sunset on our 4th day of swe altay. it was magical that day.
we also have one free day extension for my familt courtesy of the oswal the ownr. he is really nice.

We stayed in the second floor apartment. The house is located south of Station 3 on Boracay which is the best place to be. Station 1 and Station 2 are noisy and congested. The Greenhouse provides an escape from the noise and crowds but is close enough that a quick trike ride gets you into the action if that's what you're looking for. The porch on the second floor is to die for. The wife and I stayed for 5 nights and hated to leave. Ossie,Alma,Arnel and Christy went out of their way to insure we had a great stay. There's lots to see on Boracay but this is the place to operate out of. Highly recommend!!

Upon our arrival the owner who goes by the name of us greeted us with a nice cold beer and some delicious fresh fruit smoothies. He also gave us four complimentary bottles of wine (two white & two red). We sat down and discussed the terms of our stay and he also gave us some insight towards the best places to eat in the area as well as some of the more popular night clubs to check out. Every afternoon the maid would come and clean both floors. She did an excellent job. The lounge area upstairs was also very nice and relaxing. The Greenhouse site on a beautiful beach with a very nice sunset right in your own backyard. It is about a fifteen minute walk up to the beach to the busier station two. All in all I would definitely recommend The Greenhouse to any family or anyone who wants to be away from the busy part of Boracay but doesn't want to be completely removed from it either. You can also hire a "trike" to drive you to stations one or two for approximately two dollars USD or 60 Filipino Pesos. Next door there is very good restaurant and we would walk over to order and they would bring our meals back to the greenhouse. Anything we needed such as food, ice or drinks was delivered right to The Greenhouse for minimal charge. The owner was very polite and courteous at all times.
