New apartment on the second and third floor in an ancient house in Borca di Cadore, a small village close to Cortina d'Ampezzo. The apartment has one sitting room with sofa bed, one fully equipped kitchen with balcony, one bathroom with shower and bidet , one stair goes to the third floor where there are two bedrooms and another bathroom with bidet and shower. From Borca you can go on wonderful walks to the Pelmo and Antelao mountains, in a few minutes you can reach the town center where all the stores, restaurants, bars, bank, pharmacy, bus stop are situated. This is an absolutely fabulous apartment in the centre of the Dolomites. I will definitely stay here again. It's a very short drive (~10 mins) to Cortina. The landlord is kind and an absolute pleasure to deal with as well as very reasonable. The apartment is very modern, clean and fresh with all the required items for cooking/cleaning etc. and has spectacular surroundings.

Siamo stati per qualche giorno a gennaio, in questa splendida dimora. L'appartamento è su 2 piani, completamente ristrutturato. Bagni nuovi, tutto molto funzionale e pratico. Anche per soggiorni brevi, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. L'arredamento è molto caldo e nulla è lasciato al caso. Siamo stati benissimo! E siamo persone molto pretenziose. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile a darci consigli di ogni genere.Torneremo sicuramente!! ps. appartamento ben attrezzato anche per i bambini

I may strongly recommend this apartment. The apartment is more than adequate for the needs of 3 adults. Clean, nice, comfortable! The apartment has 2 bathrooms which is really helpful, moreover Patrizia is very kind person. Thank you once again and hope to see you next year :)

The physical aspects of the apartment were more than adequate for the needs of 4 adults and our two boys of 7 and 9. The location and the ameneties of the area were also more than adequate. The factors that distinguish this rental from any other is the service provided by Patricia. Upon our arrival, an 8 hour drive from Rome, it was nice to sit down and enjoy wonderful pie prepared by Patricia.
Patricia also provided a Christmas tree as requested, made dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant on Christmas eve and, to top it all when my wife was feeling ill I asked if she knew of a medical clinic nearby. Her response was that her family doctor would be there wiìthin 3 hours (total cost 31 euros). After a few follow up calls to check up on how my wife was feeling she would also ask if we required anything else...absolutely amazing...Thank you Patricia -

Sono tre anni che affittiamo codesto appartamento per la settimana bianca, ci siamo sempre trovati meravigliosamente bene; Patrizia e' una padrona di casa attenta e disponibile. L'appartamento e' molto meglio di quanto le foto diano a vedere, posizione invidiabile a pochi minuti d'auto da Cortina. L'ambiente e' molto caldo ed accogliente totalmente
privo di pecche, consigliatissimo.
