Large old stone house downtown Bordeaux recently renovated.
Located in a quiet part of the center of Bordeaux, near shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In front of a bus station and very close from a city bike share station.
The house has 3 bedrooms + 1 sun-room that can be used as bedroom for kids because the access is from the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a living-room with a big flat screen LED TV.
All the beds are large 160cm bed except in the 4th bedroom with a sofa bed that can fit 2 persons.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower or a tub.

What a wonderful house!! This place totally lived up to expectations and more. Myself and a large group of friends came for a long weekend break and were so impressed. Such a beautiful place to stay with all the mod cons, we especially loved the patio/deck area which was sun-soaked all weekend. A great spot to drink the lovely Bordeaux wine! This is a large roomy house and all the bedrooms have ensuites making it very luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped also - a great place to cook up a storm! Patrick was a fantastic host, responsive to all our needs, and prompt with replying to emails prior to our stay. Lovely boutique shops, restaurants and patisseries are within a 5 minute walk from the house and it is about a 15-20 minute walk down to the pretty river front and city area. This was a true home away from home and somewhere that you would want to come back to again and again!

Nice house and the kitchen is really complete. All was made to have a nice stay. Unfortunately the quality of some beds was not perfect.

We loved this awesome old-stone townhouse that must be a century old. It's been brilliantly renovated with all modern comfort. Above all, we enjoyed the huge modern kitchen open to the living room with all the southern sun coming inside, opening to a large deck and a cute private yard with plenty of flowers and an olive tree. The house is very quiet at a walking distance from the historic center in Bordeaux and Patrick is "formidable", very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our trip sooo much!
