This open and roomy one story house is equipped with FAX machine, 1 color printer, Roku, Play Station, over 200 DVDS of the best and latest movies and TV shows for your viewing pleasure, its also, fully furnished and can accommodate up to 12 individuals. The Deck has a lovely and extremely comfortable Futon. The master bedroom has a comfy King Size Bed, a walk-in closet and attached Master bath with shower and Jacuzzi Tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds with shared bath.

For your comfort, the house is Air conditioned centrally and heated. PLUS, Wi-Fi w/ free _____ for unlimited streaming of your favorite movies and television shows.

There is a 32-inch TV with DVD, and stereo with surround sound in the living room. The Master Suite has a 32-inch TV, and a DVD player in the 3rd bedroom. Washer and dryer is included.

Most of the house opens to patios overlooking the Natural Desert and the Borrego Mountains. The Dining Room and Living Room open to an enclosed patio that gets morning sun; perfect for a leisurely breakfast as well as watching the beautiful Borrego Springs Sunset whilst sipping on a glass of wine. ???

The Borrego area has a range of excellent golf courses, restaurants, art galleries, horse trails, and small airports. The property is an easy drive to a large off-road vehicle area: bring your dirt bike or rent a "quad" for the day.
