Description from the owner
This is the largest cottage, set on 2 levels with lots of character.
The large beamed living room has a woodburning stove for cosy evenings and overlooks the attractive courtyard. A newly fitted galley kitchen with ivory units, ceramic hob, modern oven and dishwasher is opposite the dining area with large table.
Also downstairs is a bathroom with handbasin and a separate shower room and loo. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, bedroom one has a four poster bed and ensuite shower and loo. Leading off this room is the smaller twin room. The third bedroom has a double bed and leads to a large twin bedroom with handbasin.

Courtyard Farm is situated at the head of the Valency Valley within easy reach of one the most beautiful and dramatic coastlines in England. The coattages were once a 17th century mill, now lovingly converted into quality holiday accommodation.
The North Cornwall Atlantic Coast includes over 60 miles of spectacular cliffs, beaches and coves. We are ideally located for anyone wishing to explore this beautiful coastline, or venture inland and discover the many towns and villages that are steeped in history and legend
Only a short distance away are many stunning beaches including Trebarwith and, Daymer Bay, Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven and Polzeath. Bossiney Beach and Strangles are approached, like many Cornish coves, by dramatic cliff walks.
Port Isaac is a quiet picturesque fishing village, in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the popular harbour at Padstow.
Also nearby is Tintagel with its old Post Office and legendary King Arthur's Castle overlooking the sea, just waiting to be explored.
Take a stroll around the shops in Wadebridge and hire a bicycle to ride along the Camel Trail. Venture onto the rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor, steeped in history and ghost stories. Further along the coast is Bude, with excellent leisure facilities, beaches, shops and an 18-hole golf course.
