Seaviews from a wrap around veranda providing shade all day long in Boscobel Jamaica. Our hillside property offers constant tradewinds in this comfortable, quiet, and diverse neighborhood. The rooms are large with clean contempory furnishing. The suites all have their own bathrooms. This is a 3500 square foot home. The personal helper is available to cook and shop for you. The famous James Bond Beach is a 10 minute ride from the house or if you wish a 40min walk. The house has a garage if you choose to have your own car. Boscobel is a 2 hour drive from the Montego Bay. The drive provides scenic views of the Caribbean sea and Hills of the North Coast. Travel east through Ocho Rios then it is a 20 minute ride from there. The Kingston Airport is also a 2 hour drive through the hills of Jamaica. The neighborhood entrance is not marked well. You will reach the Ian Fleming Airport which is well marked. The next road to the east of the airport you will turn right which will take you up the roads into the highest hill. Then heading towards the West, we are the last road in the neighborhood. The new street sign is " 428 Preston View". Our phone number can be called and give you help finding Summerwind. Our wonderful friendly neighbors are folks who returned to Jamaica to enjoy their retirement years. The diverse cultures surround us. English, Canadian, and American. The local beachs is quiet and well maintained. There is an entrance fee for most beaches. The Mystic Mountain, Dunns River Climbing, Helicopter tours, and deep sea fishing, rafting, and the Blue Mountains are close to Summerwind.

The rate given is for 1 suite / 2 adults for 1 week. There is a $5.00 per load for laundry service. The cell phone and wifi modem will have a deposit requirement of $100.00. returned when items are returned in working order. Cell phone cards and wifi cards are at your expense.
The lower rates listed above is for a sleeping room is for one person with a double bed and a bathroom service only. NO KITCHEN SERVICE.

We spent three weeks at Summerwind. The location is beautiful and the accomodations are very comfortable. Summerwind is located in a residential neighborhood on a hillside overlooking the north coast. From the veranda you can see the cruise ship leaving Ocho Rios in the evening. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Jamaica.
