Apartment that is central but unkept.

Left on 07/22/2010 for a stay in June 2010
We stayed with this company in kenmore Squarte, Boston, for two weeks in June. The air conditioning didn't work; the keys were difficult to use; the buzzer didn't operate and the apartment was very dirty (tons of hair). When we called to inquire of cleaning, they notified us we would have to pay. It was a three story walk-up which was not communicated (and difficult with family). overall, bad experience.
