Completely renovated , duplex apartment in a two family house. Walls of windows, very sunny, and cheerful. There are two units in this house. Unit #2 is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house.
Unit #2 has four large bedrooms , two and half tiled bath in total . Three bedrooms and half bath on the third floor.Master bedroom on the 2nd floor and extra large master bathroom with jacuzzi, double-vanity, and separate shower with body jet. Located in the quiet, family neighborhood of Allston. Very close to Harvard Square (you can walk there in 10-15 min) and just 1 mile away from Fenway Park/Red Sox Stadium. Downtown Boston is 15 min drive away and can be reached by public transportation. Bus Stop #66 is less than 5 min walk from the house. The Bus #66 runs from Harvard Square to Longwood Medical Center in one direction and it also runs in the other direction to Harvard Square. Harvard Square station has Buses and subway running throughout the city. Bus #70 is within walking distance and goes to MIT. Subway B Line in Allston within short walking distance. Steps away from a local library and numerous stores including a deli, convenience stores and Dunkin' Donuts. Local supermarket mall within 15-20 min walking distance.
