This 2nd floor one bedroom suite is one of our two "Presidential Units." It features a full sized, open kitchen and living room that looks out onto a great view of the city and neighborhood. The high-end finishes, architectural design, and furniture really distinguish this unit from the other units in the Newbury building. This brand new unit has polished hardwood floors throughout, central air, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a queen mattress set, nightstand, reading lamp and alarm clock. The bathroom has a beautiful marble and tile surround tub and shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped wit...h pots, pans and cooking utensils, along with oven, range and refrigerator and there is a dining table that seats four. The living room has a flat screen TV with local channels and the sofa pulls out to a queen bed which makes this the perfect unit for two to four people.
A 360 degree virtual tour of the unit is available here
All rental units are equipped with wireless internet, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, tea kettles, toasters, microwaves, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations. There is also in-unit laundry free for guests use.
All building and unit doors are on secure, code-activated locks so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary. There are several parking garages near the property available for both short and long term stays.

Our business, Iristocracy, stayed here and it was everything we could have wanted. The place is beautifully decorated, close to the convention center, and is centered in one of the most amazing neighborhoods in Boston. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with the apartment located within a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. The place was immaculate and having the added living area/kitchen made our stay more enjoyable. Of course, as others have mentioned there was some street noise which we expected staying in the city. My only criticism would be that there was no blanket for the pull-out sofa bed, only a small throw.

Great deal, superb appartment very clean, veery well furnished ... you can book it without hesitation. There is a separate room with a queen size bed, a dryer, a launrdy machine, a dishwasher, a beautiful kitchen ... everything to spend a good trip in Boston. The subway is 200m from the appartment, and Newbury street is one of the most beautiful street in city with many trees and expensive shops ;)

My wife, baby and I needed a place to stay in Boston. Traveling with a nine month old baby is a hassle so we knew renting a hotel would be a pain having to sleep in the same room with the baby. So we looked for a 1 bedroom apt. This is the place! It was clean, super well decorated, location was perfect. I requested a Pack and Play for my son, they promise to have one delivered at 5pm, when they noticed it was missing, they went to the store and bought a new one and I had it in the apt within the hour. Service, location, and price all perfect. Feel free to contact me with question.

We visited Boston during fall break to explore historical sites. This small, but efficient, apartment perfectly met our needs. It was very clean, comfortable, and the best location we could ever want! If we return to Boston, we'll want to stay here again.

This flat was perfect for my recent business trip. Very functional, great location, and all amenities were exactly as advertised. The best part, however, was how comfortable, clean, and stylish the flat was. It felt like a real treat to come back after work. The neighbourhood is also great. Lots to see on Newbury street and if you get bored of the beautiful people, walk across the bridge to Cambridge (still beautiful, but a little more down to earth). Read more
Very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay on Newbury Street! Keep us in mind for your next trip.

You can't beat this location! You're right in the heart of Newbury Street with lots of shopping and dining options. Getting around Boston is so easy with a subway terminal a block away and hubway bikes across the street.
Working with Bryan at Short Term Rentals Boston was really easy. He answered my questions promptly and I especially liked the fact that the doors were electronic so there was no keys to exchange.
The apartment is beautifully renovated and has everything you need. It's small in size but feels larger. I loved the deep soaker tub and the bay window dining nook. Starbucks is half a block away and there's Walgreens, Trader Joe's and Shaw's close by for groceries.

I needed a place to stay during a convention in Boston. I checked the hotels and got the usual rah rah. Then I switched and said to myself: Why not rent an appartment for a week. I tell you, I was lucky I found this Back Bay treasure. 5 minutes from the Hynes Convention center, smack on Newbury and 5 minutes away from my favourite cigar lounge (www.cigarmasters.com). I also rented a bike (www.urbanadventours.com) so I got to feel as if I were 22 again - like back when was at University. The appartment has everything you'd ask for. It was spick'n'span. Had a huge fridge for my beer. Due to the fact that the appartment is on the first floor you sort of live close to the action on Newbury (don't worry...it gets quiet past 12pm). So if you're looking for a place to anchor yourself for a few days in the world's most beautiful city (my op) then don't hesitate and book now - before someone else does. @ Bryan: Thanks, and I'll be back next September.

What a gem of a place this was! In the heart of a wonderfully happening neighbourhood. The apartment is newly revamped with central airconditioning, tastefully furnished and in very close proximity to everything from restaurants to historic sites. There is also parking available behind the building for a small extra fee, which served us well on our road trip. Will be back in the us again in 2015 and this is a definite on our itinerary.
Can't rave enough about our experience in this great apartment on Newbury street. The easy access, convenience, services, and location were all top notch. We stayed 4 days and the layout, additional space, and kitchen make this unit far superior to a hotel room.
Obviously the location also makes this apartment. It's walking distance to Fenway, the Charles River, Downtown, shopping, multiple train stations, and restaurants galore.
The aC and pull out couch also exceeded our expectations.
When I come back to Boston I won't consider a hotel again. This place is great.

We, two couples, stayed in two separate apartments at Back Bay-Newbury.It was the first time staying in the Back Bay area and it was wonderful. The apartments were spotless and well stocked. We like to sprend a lot of time in the North End, but this trip may have changed our minds. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate area. Our favorite was Tapeo about 2 short blocks away and Steve's for breakfast 2 doors away. We walked to Fenway Park and the T is a very short walk. If you like shopping, you'll love this area. Shopping is right out your door. If you just like walking, take a stroll around the immediate area and check out the architecture.
The big complaint-we had no trash can in our bathroom. I'll live with that any day! Looking forward to coming back.

Very nicely fitted apartment in great location, only spoilt by poor sound proofing as we were very aware of the occupants in the flat above. This is a busy location so renters need to realise that there is street noise, especially over the weekend, but that was not a problem compared with the tap dancing elephants overhead.
Also disappointed to have to supply own toilet paper! 300$ per night and limited basic supplies? A bit greedy!
