Tulsa OKPerfect Boston Rental
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Apartment was exactly what we needed in a perfect area. I took the family, all 6 of us to see where my oldest would be going to school (Berklee). The neighborhood was picture perfect and a only a few blocks from Berklee. 2 streets from tons of shopping and eating too. We also visited the North End which was easy to get to with a 10 minute walk to the Back Bay T Station and a few T stops later we were there. We felt very safe walking everywhere we went, even at night. Parking is for residents only so we had to find a garage for the car, but I found a great one that only charged $15 per day right across from Berklee. Like I said it was just a 10 minute walk back to the apt. Apt was warm and cozy with plenty of room for everyone.

Nashua, NHExcellent 2 BR apartment close to everything in Boston!!
Left on 11/04/2012 for a stay in October 2012
My family of six adults stayed in this two bedroom apartment for four nights while recently in Boston. We all had plenty of room to spread out and relax while maintaining a sense of privacy. The apartment is close to so many fine restaurants, boutiques, museums and college campuses. It is also a very short walk to the Boston Esplanade on the Charles...just a perfect location for a stay in Boston. I would highly recommend this rental, and will certainly stay here again when in the area!

Edinburgh, United KingdomFabulous apartment, great location
Left on 09/29/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We. Stayed for 2 weeks in september it was the first time we had rented in the USa and it was the perfect choice. The apartment was in a great location 5 mins walk from Newbury street, Boylston, Prudential and Copley shopping malls spoilt for choice of all the restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious, clean and I loved the outside area just to sit and read when tired from all the sightseeing. Would definitely book again if going back to Boston.

LondonAbsolutely perfect! Loved it & felt at home!
Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
I stayed here with my 12 yr old son for 6 nights. The apartment is really well presented, spacious, comfortable & clean and has a lovely feel to it. The beds were very comfortable, the neighbourhood felt save and central, but being a couple of streets back from Newbury Street was really quiet. The patio got a decent bit of sun late morning/early afternoon and was a nice spot to sit if we didn't feel like going out. Would definitely stay here again!

London, OntarioA pleasurable stay on Marlborough Street.
Left on 05/04/2012 for a stay in April 2012
I was in Boston for 5 days in april for the Marathon. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay (4 adults, 1 child). No hassle check in. Clean and spacious. Great shower and whirlpool tub. There is a grocery store about a block away and a large supermarket within easy walking distance. We ate breakfast in every morning and also a couple of suppers. Newbury St with all it's great shops and restaurants is two streets over, Boylston St. 3. I had a leisurely 15 - 20 minute walk along Commonwealth ave to Boston Common to where the marathon buses lined up. Even better, the finish line is only 5 blocks away. If you want to travel farther afield the Green Line is 5 minutes away. We took in a Red Sox game and was able to walk to Fenway Park in about 10 minutes.
I had friends who stayed in hotels and paid more. 296 Marlborough St. is a much better value. We would definitely stay there again.
