This 3rd floor one bedroom suite features a full sized, open kitchen and living room that looks out onto a great view of the city and neighborhood. This brand new unit has polished hardwood floors throughout the unit, central air, marble countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a queen mattress set, nightstand, reading lamp and alarm clock. The bathroom has a beautiful glass enclosed stand up shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils, along with oven, range and refrigerator and there is a dining table that seats four. The living room has a flat screen TV with local channels and the... sofa pulls out to a queen bed which makes this the perfect unit for two or four people.
Most of our units are designed to be interchangeable and each unit has at least one "like-kind" unit within the same building that is similar in size and identical in amenities as well as sleeping capacity. In most cases the unit you have reserved is the unit you will be staying in, however, we reserve the right to put you in a like-kind unit for the term of your rental. If you are given a like-kind unit it is guaranteed to be in the same building and no more than one floor above the unit you have reserved (this only applies to buildings without elevators). If your unit is going to be changed to a like-kind unit you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
All units are equipped with wireless internet, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, tea kettles, toasters, microwaves, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations.
All building and unit doors are on secure, code-activated locks so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary. The building has a common laundry room that has two sets of washer/dryers which are free of charge to our guests and are available between the hours of 4pm and 11am. There is a parking a half block north on Northampton Street that takes cars for $1 per hour for longer term stays.Parking is available at our sister property a few blocks away on East Springfield Street that may be reserved for an additional charge, but is subject to availability (Click Here to reserve a spot).

I have only visited Boston once before this trip and I stayed in a hotel for five days. This trip I decided I wanted more of a "home" feel to my stay and decided to rent a place. The South End location was the perfect choice. It was very convenient to many restaurants, local color and the public transit. I will definitely stay here again when I make my next trip to Beantown.

We thought the apartment was well furnished and suited our needs for the stay. We did find the lack of curtains in the bedroom a bit inconvenient for sleeping in in the am. Enjoyed and disliked the location all at the same time. The condo is in a good location for restaurants and close to transit, but is in a high traffic area and a bit noisy. Would recommend newer windows to keep some of the noise out.

Booking this condo was really easy; the rental company responded to my questions promptly. Check-in was simple...the code system was great because you never had to worry about keys. I didn't mind the walk-up as it burned a few more calories.
Location is great, 2 blocks to Mass ave subway station (Orange Line). One day I actually walked back to the condo from downtown...took about an hour or so. Lots to see along the way. Lots of restos on Tremont. I found a grocery store on Washington ave and another over near the Symphony station. These would have been helpful to know about in advance.
The condo itself was roomy with everything you would need. The shower water pressure was great. The walls are thin however; so be mindful of your neighbours. I could hear my neighbour on the phone...it didn't bother me, I'm just mentioning it. Street noise and light may also be a problem for some. It didn't bother me at all, I was exhausted everyday from touring around so I slept well. Bed is very cozy.
I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for reasonably priced accommodations with easy access to transit.

We had a great time staying here. Unit was clean and very nice.
Drawback: ambulance noise. (Hospital not too far away). Also, three fights of stairs so be in shape or pack lightly. Great place for the money and the mgt. was very helpful.

We stayed in a different, but similar unit in the same building. The reservation process was easy and reliable. The owners are very responsive and efficient. Great location. The unit itself is very nice: clean, all new appliances. Check in and check out as easy as you can only imagine. If we ever come to Boston again will defenitely explore the option of renting a place from the same owner!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and found the apartment to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The accommodation was modern, clean and spacious. Everything was provided for us- coffee maker, iron, dishes, cutlery etc. Laundry facilities downstairs were clean and easy to use. The location was fantastic- a short walk to transport, Wholefoods Market and restaurants. Our host was prompt with all correspondence and was very helpful. My only issue with the apartment was that it was on the third floor, meaning that we had to carry our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs (only a problem for me as I am pregnant and found this difficult). Apart from that, I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

We stayed in this place as a family of four for one week. The apartment is well situatiated to explore Boston, just a bit noisy at night-time. We never had a problem finding a parking space. Check-in was easy and flexible with the door codes and all we needed was provided for, very clean. It took us some time to find out how everything in the apartment worked. Perhaps a personal introduction at some point would have been nice.

We spent 5 nights in this unit. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you could need. The location is easy access to pubic transit and walking distance to many downtown Boston locations. We stayed here with our two little children and felt safe in the building. My husband had a conference at the Hynes convention center and could easily walk there in 10 to 15 min. It was a much better price than the downtown hotels by the conference plus having the kitchen was a great help. We highly recommend this unit and would easily stay here again.
