My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and found the apartment to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The accommodation was modern, clean and spacious. Everything was provided for us- coffee maker, iron, dishes, cutlery etc. Laundry facilities downstairs were clean and easy to use. The location was fantastic- a short walk to transport, Wholefoods Market and restaurants. Our host was prompt with all correspondence and was very helpful. My only issue with the apartment was that it was on the third floor, meaning that we had to carry our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs (only a problem for me as I am pregnant and found this difficult). Apart from that, I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

We stayed in this place as a family of four for one week. The apartment is well situatiated to explore Boston, just a bit noisy at night-time. We never had a problem finding a parking space. Check-in was easy and flexible with the door codes and all we needed was provided for, very clean. It took us some time to find out how everything in the apartment worked. Perhaps a personal introduction at some point would have been nice.

We enjoyed this small condo. The location was quite convenient to the T and numerous restaurants. While we had to supply some of our own paper goods the furnishings were complete and allowed us to prepare some meals. The laundry facilities were excellent!

Stayed for 2 weeks with wife as daughter was enrolling in BU.
Had a pleasant and straight forward dealing with Will.
Apartment was as advertised. Clean, airy, just nice for wifey and me.Free laundry a big plus for relatively long stayers like us.
Good and convenient location. Short walk to train station. Bus station practically at door step. Grocery shops all around.
Staircase a bit steep though. May be an issue for those with troublesome knees(like my wife!!) -

We stay four days in Unit 1 at 784 Tremont street,is a one bedroom apartment but we slept in four thanks to the comfortable sofa-bed in the tiny living room.All the furniture are new and the apartment is well furnished with a full kitchenette and free washer and dryer in the basement.The building is gorgeous and close to everything...subway(Mass ave)is 5 minutes walking,bus 1 goes straight to Cambridge and Harvard and Tremont street is full of nice restaurant and cafe'.Very convenient the free-keys doors of the entire building.Maybe the apartment is a little be to small for a 4 person family,but is perfect for a couple.

We received excellent service from the manager, from the first contact, review of the lease, payment, and receiving information. Everything turned out as represented by the manager. The apartment was clean and we loved the aC, because the weather was hot! When the wireless internet wasn't working, the manager was quick to rectify the situation.
This is a small apartment for 3 people. It might serve 2 people a bit better. The pull-out sofa bed was especially comfortable, with an air mattress for a 3rd person. The coded locks are especially easy. There is a long flight of stairs up to the apartment.
The location is within walking distance of many amenities: subway, bus line, Newberry Street, Fenway, parkway, restaurants, and other shopping. -

This beautifully redone apartment was in easy walking distance to the T and bus. It really is as small as the pictures look, though, and I would not recommend it for 4 full sized people. Will was available and helpful, the key codes made access easy with no worries about connecting with keys.

We spent 5 nights in this unit. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you could need. The location is easy access to pubic transit and walking distance to many downtown Boston locations. We stayed here with our two little children and felt safe in the building. My husband had a conference at the Hynes convention center and could easily walk there in 10 to 15 min. It was a much better price than the downtown hotels by the conference plus having the kitchen was a great help. We highly recommend this unit and would easily stay here again.
