Easy access to beach, playground and Cape Cod Canal bike path. The large deck complete with custom made picnic table and benches sits on the south side providing sunshine and warmth even on a cool day. Open floor plan with first floor bedroom with 2 twins, full bathroom with shower, kitchen with 2 counter seats, tile flooring and dining area. The living room has wood floors and walls of windows that overlook the wooden deck and tidal marsh. Large furnished deck overlooking the marsh with outstanding views and lots of warm sunshine. Second floor has a balcony landing with a slider to the upper deck for relaxing, another full bath with tub and shower and 2 additional bedrooms--One with a Queen and one with 2 twins.
A short distance down a private pathway to the beach or just .6 miles to Mashnee Island beach. (no parking here,very peaceful) Bike to the canal, go to the beach, fish or kayak just out the door. This home is located in an area with plenty of outdoor activities within a short distance. Lovely beach with warm waters and lifeguard. Wireless internet included.
Pet allowed with approval.
