Its position in the very centre of Bourton on the Water, overlooking the village green and the River Windrush - puts it in a privileged position. A live webcam on our website shows the view from the lounge window.
Bourton on the Water is so central it makes the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. It is a beautiful area for walking, cycling or touring and not too far to the towns either - 15 miles to Cheltenham and just 25 miles to Stratford upon Avon.

Really great place in great location

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this great apartment. It has all mod cons and everything is high-end. It is right in the centre of town and just next to the tourist information centre. We went walking and then a restaurant in the evening. It was our fault that we were late arriving as I didn't read the instructions that you need to arrive when the shop is open. Never the less the manager stayed on late to let us in and show us round. This place is definitely worth the price.

At last 5star self catering, from the moment we arrived in this beautiful area everthing is in place for you stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. afternoon tea/scones all laid out and essentials~(coffe/tea,milk,bread,butter) were all supplied. The quality of the appartment was excellent, when on holiday you dont want second best and here you dont get it. To retrun after a days sightseeing and have such comfort to relax in was great, Everthing item of kitchen equipment has been supplied and the quailty of the furnishing,bed linen and every item in the appartments was excellent. There was folders full of information on the areas,ipad, blu ray,sky,wfi all made the stay wonderful, there was nothing we wanted that had not been thought off. The location in Bourton on the Water was beautiful you can see the river and pretty little bridges, the light smell of perfume was present from the factory and use of the gardens was such a bonus.Security was second to none the whole set up was faultess,it all made for the perfect holiday. The owners have great forsight to provide accommodation of this standard and quality for self catering, something we have struggled to find when you want quality self catering accommodation, as good as any 5star hotel I have stayed in. Fantastic!!

The members of staff at the perfumery, whom we met on arrival and during our stay, could not have been more welcoming and helpfull, The apartment (1) was superb, high quality fixtures, fitting and furnishings and spotlessly clean. Excellent location overlooking the river and bridge in the small town centre and yet very quiet and peacefull at night. The town and other places in the surrounding area were all beautifull, wonderfull villages, rivers and hills, great walking and cycling country, We cannot wait to go back, hopefully sooner rather than later, one of the best holidays we have ever had.

Stayed in apartment 2 - first class everything you could wish for a perfect weeks holiday. Partcularly impressive was sheer comfort of lazing about after a days walking with full access to dab music, blue rays , sky + movies etc etc. The standard of the food in the nearby restuarants was really good.

We can honestly say this is the best accommodation we've ever stayed in! Every possible consideration has been given when equipping the apartment - from the luxury of four different settings of 'mood lighting', air conditioning in the bedroom and speakers in the bathroom to the practicality of the kitchen, providing washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Detailed comprehensive information is provided in the apartment about the village and surrounding areas which was very useful. Views from the apartment windows are amazing and the perfumery garden is beautiful. John Stephen, the owner, and his staff are really friendly and on-hand if needed. The tour of the Perfumery Factory is a must too - it was really interesting and informative. And the Cotswold Perfumery Shop is there to buy your perfume and jewellery gifts to take home. Everything about our week in apartment 1 was memorable and we can't wait to return for another holiday there!

This apartment has everything a traveller could wish for. We were made to feel most
welcome by the staff on arrival and the afternoon tea provided was a real treat.
The apartment is well situated and has a view of the River Windrush and bridge and is perfect for watching village life. It is wonderfully appointed. Kitchen with laundry facilities is great for the traveller. The bedroom is very comfortable and the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Has a great sound system and a relaxing lounge and dining room. There is also a great range of touring and walking notes. If you want you can take the complementary tour of the Perfumery and garden. A great experience in every way. -

We usually do not give five stars unless we are 100% satisfied! We stayed here for four nights village hopping and walking in beautiful countryside. All the staff here are so friendly. Location is so convenient. We took a bus all over the Cotswolds, and a bus stop is just a minute walk away. This place is so clean and accomodation is more than we asked for! There is a washer and dryer which are the must for us since we did a lot of hiking and walking in rain and mud! The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to cook! Welcome sweet tea is beyond your imagination! It is sooo good. The view from every room is so beautiful and romantic! We absolutely fell in love with this place! Thank you all for making our stay here so magical!!!

Stayed in apartment 1 - which had excellent views,and was great for people watching. Apartment had everything you could possibly want and more. Air con was most welcome, as the week we were there it was hot. Staff could not do enough for you and would always go the extra mile. The trip around the perfume factory was excellent, and John the owner was very knowlegable. Situated near lovely villages, and some nice walks near at hand.
Would recommend to family and friends and was most definately come again.
This should be rated at 6 stars...
