Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We arrived on a wet Saturday, but woke up to a fairly nice Sunday, the day was to sort shopping and whats in the location.
We were pleased to find all that we needed was centrally located, and the house was in an ideal place for getting to and from the lake on foot even when i had difficulty in walking.
We did not travel far by car because of the ferries were able to get to where we wanted to go, not shore about cost, petrol against fare, but as we had three beautiful days statring Monday.
We had a wonderful time the Thursday started ok but the weather started to turn bad, come Friday morning it was bad heavy rain, we started making tracks to go home,in fact we were all sorted by 12-00O clock so we left that afternoon.
Other wise we had a wonderful stay, the place was nice and clean and plenty of off road parking, would we stay there again ? Yes & yes again. (family of five 4.5)

we had an excellent at this well equipped comfortable central property.It is less than 5 min walk from the main shops in Bowness and less than 10 minutes from the lakeshore. The property is comfortable, well equipped in a quiet situation, as very being very competitively priced, we hope to visit again soon.

a great place to visit close to village center pubs rest ect . easy to walk to the lake and nice walks within easy reach.. love the large lounge area/kitchen,bedrooms being downstairs was a bit strange but soon got used to it. plenty of hot water to rest tired legs in a hot bath, thanks to everyone a great week had by all(2 couples)

This is a lovely property to hire, it had everything you needed to make it a wonderful stay, the only thing I was a little dissappointed with was the view from the sitting room window. It is ideally situated for the village easy walking distance to the shop, the kitchen was well equiped, very clean and comfortable stay, I would recomend and have told lots of friends. We would look to book again in the future.

I found the property to be a real home from home, with everything you'd want at hand, including a collection of games and toys for kids as well as tapes and CD's and a stereo. The house was immaculate, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone with a family. Also in a great position for the centre of Bowness.
