Brief Description: Enjoy the comfort of this brand new and beautifully appointed home at the edge of Bozeman. Three king size beds, plus a bonus room and a suite over the “barn” make this perfect for 3 couples or more. It’s close enough to our historic

downtown to bike or... drive to easily, but it’s nestled at the edge of town, with walking trails and mountain views out the back door.

Bedrooms and baths: Legends Retreat has three bedrooms on the main level, each with a king size bed. The master has a spacious bath and large walk in closet as well as sliding doors to the backyard. The other two bedrooms share a second bath and there

is a half bath as well. Upstairs there is a bonus room with a queen size bed. The home has a second garage with a small apartment above it with a small kitchenette and small bath with shower. This will be set up for extra sleeping space with two twin beds.

Kitchen: A beautiful open kitchen awaits you! The chef in your group will love the easy layout of the kitchen and the high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite slab countertops, great supply of small appliances, and very good quality

cookware and serving ware. There is a bar counter for chatting with the cook, and the dining table is just off to the side. The kitchen is open to the living area and you can see the flat screen TV while you are preparing a meal. There is also a Traeger grill

for your outdoor grilling.

Dining area: There’s a dining table that will seat six comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which also seats two more.

Living room: The living room is open to the dining and kitchen areas, with a beautiful gas-fired rock fireplace and a flat screen TV, with cable service. Cozy leather recliner, wool sofa and wool side chairs are situated to enjoy the ambiance of the

fireplace.

Office: There is a small office just off the living room. You can close the French doors for a quite place to work.

Setting, acreage, views: Legends Retreat is within the very nicely done new Legends at Bridger Creek neighborhood at the edge of Bozeman. The developers did a great job linking the property into our community trail system (perfect for walking, biking

and even cross country skiing), and making it an attractive neighborhood. The back yard borders an alfalfa field where there are often deer grazing in the evenings.

Activities nearby: Besides hiking, biking and skiing on “your” trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman, you’re just 14 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Bohart Ranch Cross

Country Ski Area. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park (about an hour and a half away), and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer.

Closest town and airport: You are 2 miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and a 15-minute drive from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

Other details: There is not a landline phone at the home but cell phone service should be excellent. The home has a nice laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It is one of the few properties we manage that has air conditioning though

  Located in a quiet area on the edge of town about a block off the road on the way to Bridger Bowl ski area which worked very well for us. The house has a good floor plan, nice finish, and all the required amenities. The beds are very comfortable however some of the other furnishings are slightly less than top grade. Our family travels frequently and likes to stay in well appointed hotels and homes - we felt this home was very clean, comfortable, and provided great value for the money.

  Relax in style and comfort

  This home was so nice, beautiful wood floors in the main area. It was so warm and cozy, we all felt right at home. The kitchen is great, lots of room to move around, great appliances and lay-out. The beds were very comfortable and the many bathrooms were helpful for getting everyone ready to go up the mountain. The master suite is amazing, the tub was relaxing and the shower was a hit! We also used the room above the garage which worked out nicely. The fireplace can be viewed from the outside deck as well as the great room. It did not feel like we had 10 people staying there! Great location for Bridger Bowl or to Bozeman itself.

  We had 11 people from my family meet at this home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and get together. The Mountain Home staff was very easy to work with. They responded quickly to emailed questions.
  The home was roomy, great beds and bathrooms. We used the study as a bedroom with a blow-up bed. The kitchen is very upscale with lots of room to work and all the appliances and cookware we needed.
  Location was great for going to Bridger Bowl and easy to get to downtown. Nice neighborhood for walking. The view of the mountains was spectacular.
  Would highly recommend this home!

  Our extended family stayed at this lovely home. The layout was fabulous for us to all be together and to also each have our own space without being on top of each other. The furnishings were beautiful yet comfortable (beds included). The kitchen and pantry were well-stocked with everything we needed. The home is in a nice part of town on the edge of Bozeman, across from a park and walking trails. We enjoyed being outside in the yard where there is a deck and patio seating area with pass-through fireplace. We will be back!

  We rented this home to house out of state relatives and ourselves for our daughter's wedding. It worked out great since her house is just a couple of blocks away. The house was posh and tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and well stocked. It made a great place to entertain and kept us all together for the important day. We would definitely rent it again.
