We enjoyed our stay at the Blackmore Condo. The kitchen was supplied with all the necessary items needed to cook. The beds were comfortable as were the sofas. We did notice a few light bulbs were burned out, in particular the light leading to the downstairs. We liked that the condo was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St.
I do have one complaint. My husband and I slept in the downstairs bedroom and were woken up at 4am on three separate mornings to what sounded like water rushing through the pipes. It lasted for 3 continuous hours. The noise was not as bad in the living room and not noticeable in the upstairs bedroom.

Our daughter, Lydia Butler who moved to Bozeman with her family last fall, recommended the Blackmore Condo for our family reunion and get- away, after a good experience checking out the staff and the site.- We came from Santa Fe, New Hampshire and Minneapolis and all agreed that it was the perfect spot for a family gathering where we could all enjoy each other and yet have our privacy as well because of the four story lay-out. The location was perfect- on a nice, quiet street only a couple of blocks from Main Street so we could walk to most places we wanted to go in town i.e. Nova ,for breakfast,( until we went there another morning and it was being gutted!!)- shopping- loved Cello- the Country Bookstore- the best bookstore in the West, the fabulous Library , the beautiful parks , the University. The condo provided us with just about everything one could possible want plus had a great selection of Dvds and wonderful books and games and the great porch upstairs for a late breakfast- an afternoon drink or gazing out at the mountains and the stars! Perfect !!! Thank you again -Cami Lien and families

We stayed at the Blackmore condo for 5 nights in June 2012. We were there for a family wedding. The location was fantastic. The condo is comfortable, spacious and the rooftop proved to be everyone's favorite spot. We had difficulty with the lockbox and could not enter the condo upon returning from the wedding @ 1 in the morning. The emergency phone number isn't effective, if no one picks up the ringing phone. This situation provided much drama and strain with the 3 generations trying to get to bed after a long day.
Great condo in a super downtown location

This multi-level condo allows everyone a little privacy and is fully equipped. The location is within walking distance to great restaurants and walking paths. We had a great visit.
P.S. there is no hair dryer and bring your own shampoo/conditioner/lotion

This home is well kept. Only fault is there is only 1 TV and it is downstairs. There are 3 levels. They should look into having better pillows and a TV downstairs and in Master bedroom.
Home is very clean and accomodating and we would definitely look into renting it again.
It is in a great location!!

My spouse and I along with our 2 adult children spent 3 nights at the Blackmore Condo, May 2011. It was well appointed with all of the accessories needed for a comfortable stay. The lock box access was perfect for those of us with varied schedules. We felt very much at home during our stay and would have loved to extend our stay had we been able..
Great condo near down town and University

I have used this property in the past and find it to be very acceptable. I would like to see the TV adjusted. Presently, you can not view the entire screen. The scroll line is only partially Visable. It is either a problem with the cable feed or the adjustment on the TV itself. Read more

Spring Break in Bozeman.
Left on 03/31/2011 for a stay in March 2011 | DT
We rented the condo for a week during our son and daughter's spring breaks. We are from Minnesota and drove out there to meet my son during his spring break at MSU. We live in the suburbs, so it was fun to live in the city for a week. The house was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a "wall kitchen" with little counter space, making it a little challenging to prepare big meals, but we did it. Cupboard space is limited to store your food for the week. There was plenty of clean, modern cookware, dishes and silverware. An electric griddle (or large non-stick frying pan) would be a great addition in the future for making, eggs, french toast or pancakes, as it was tricky doing it on the stovetop in a frying pan that was not "non-stick". Very nice appliances! The master bedroom and bath were very nice, with a big walk in closet. The two additional bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs had a little family room with a futon, so you could have and addditional person sleep there if needed. We were close to everything in Bozeman and we made day trips up to Bridger, Big Sky, and Moonlight Basin to ski and snowboard. We also brought our dog. There is a park within a block to the north, it had plenty of doggie clean-up bags and a convenient place to dispose of them. On street parking was never a problem right outside the front door. Rental of the unit was convenient and easy. I had originally inquired about a different property that was already rented, and the Mountain Home staff recommended this option as being a dog friendly option (which are very hard to find), which was very helpful. It was nice that we did not have to do strip the beds and gather towels at the end of our stay, so our check out was easy. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great week!

We traveled to Bozeman and stayed at the Blackmore Condo for our daughter's wedding. This condo is comfortable, spacious, unique, and within walking distance to downtown. Not to mention the fabulous rooftop deck! We really enjoyed our time - perfect for a family with children. Only downside - the kitchen has limited counter space - ie not great for large involved meals, fine for normal daily cooking.

We found 303 Black St to be well suited for our stay in Bozeman. We were able to walk to downtown and leave the car parked.. The condo was clean, modern and spacious. I will there on my next visit to Bozeman.

The service we recieved while staying at the Blackmore condo was excellent. There was a problem with the sprinkling system which woke us up at 5:45 every morning and it was taken care of within hours of calling. The building and amenities were first class and a real treat for my family. We loved walking to town, walking to the park and being just a short drive away from grocery stores. Our main attraction during our stay was the rivers and outdoor activities, but we also enjoyed kicking back in relaxing, playing games, laying in the sun and cooking. As a runner I was extremely excited to find trails and scenery to run along which turned out to be an invigorating experience. The beds were comfortable for everyone, the master suite was large enough to hide away a portable crib, and the building was spacious enough to not feel crowded for 7 people. As family who loves food the kitchen was a highlight to the stay along with the appliances and cookware--everything we needed. If I had to think of a negative thing it would be the sprinkling system, which was dealt with, and the lack of towels and dishclothes. There was not a single sponge, cloth, or anything to wash dishes by hand. An entire backup supply of bath towels would have been nice as well.
convenience and comfort

This was a great place to stay as we gathered for a wedding. There was plenty of space to be together or have privacy, the house was stylishly furnished and well stocked, and the location made it easy to go "downtown" without a car. Everyone who stayed there or visited had complimentary things to say about this wonderful place. We hope to use it again.

My sons are students at MSU and we spent Thanksgiving in Bozeman at the Blackmore Condo. Their first word upon entering the unit was "Sweet!" It is an upscale, contemporary condo and was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful visit and wanted to rent the unit again for graduation. Unfortunately, someone had already reserved the unit. We'll be back next semester!
Wonderful home with everything close by

My husband and I spent two weeks at the Blackmore Condo in Bozeman with our four of our adult children and one grandchild. It was a great location because we could go off on a hiking excursion and anyone who didn't want to go could walk down town Bozeman for anything they might need.
The Master suite on the upperlevel was also very nice when we wanted to go off to peace and quiet we could.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the condo did not have airconditioning and we didn't need it because of the heat but the down town is a little loud at night.
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an awesome stay.
