Beautiful home with great views of the Bridgers. Easy drive to Bozeman for activities.
The home had everything we needed for our family celebration.

This place is hard to beat, without exception. Everything is so well maintained, comfortable and just about perfect. From the heated garage to the option of controlling the audio/sound system volume in every room to the heated floors to the great fireplace to wildlife walking through the yard, this place is amazing!

I noticed a few other reviews that had issues with the oven, and I will agree. We are really good cooks and well, pretty smart and had difficulty roasting our veggies properly. Granted, it's the easiest work around every if you know your way around a kitchen (especially with the grill). The distance to downtown coupled with the distance to Bridger Bowl was perfect. There really isn't anything bad to say. And the service from Montana Vacation Rentals was top notch. My extended family is already hooked and looking to book it!

Oh, this was our honeymoon spot and was very romantic as well.

      Cheers!

      Amazing Ski Vacation Home

Left on 04/25/2011 for a stay in March 2011

We have been enjoying ski trips to Montana for 15 consecutive years and have enjoyed many beautiful accommodations with a number of different rental companies. 'Where' we stay is as important to us as the skiing. I can say without a doubt that Montana Homes are in a class of their own. The Three Bears Hideaway is our favorite...hands down!! We loved the rustic elegance, the comfy bedrooms, the large space (we totaled 3 families), the gourmet kitchen, the large dining area, and best of all, the view from the great room. It was an amazing place. We hope to go back soon!

The lodge was simply beautiful. With plenty of space for my guests, amenities to keep everyone busy during their stay and an excellent kitchen, I couldn't be happier.

      Three Bears Hideaway

Left on 07/08/2010 for a stay in June 2010

I spent four days at Three Bears with my sister in law and our four "twenty-something" daughters. We loved the house. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The views from the house are amazing and the setting is peaceful. It was a great house for a larger family get away. We enjoyed our coffee in the comfy chairs overlooking the mountains every morning and had a hard time leaving...in fact, we thought that next time we should bring the guys and the grandparents...

The house is a just a short drive (20 Minutes +/-) to Bozeman, around an hour to the north entrance to Yellowstone, and there are plenty of places for hiking near by (also-Bridger Bowl Ski area is right down the road).

This is the second time I have used Mountain Home-Montana Vacation Rentals. Both times we have had excellent service. The homes were both very clean and well maintained and the the women in the Bozeman office are professional, responsive and and great with follow through. I would use their company again in the future.

Ps...in addition to lots of deer and varied birds, we really did see three bears!

      Amazing Home

Left on 01/04/2010 for a stay in December 2009

This home was not only perfect for our family, but a truly beautiful home. We loved the heated floors, the bedrooms with their own individual bathrooms, the mountain views, the fireplace, and just gazing out the huge windows watching the deer graze. It couldn't have been any better!

P.S. Except we needed a better lesson with the stove system! Our big ol' turkey wouldn't fit in it and it took us all 4 days to just get our baking mastered. :)

Our family had an incredible time at the Three Bear Hideaway. Suzy and the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing time. The house was beautiful and had every amenity that we might need and the view was breathtaking. We were all very comfortable and had a very snowy and cozy weekend! The best part was the view of the Bridgers and the occasional wildlife walking around the property but we would have loved to enjoy it all from an outdoor hot tub! Thanks Mountain Home.

      Exceptional Mountain Experience!

Left on 07/30/2009 for a stay in May 2009

Booked for daughter's graduation party from MSU--wonderful experience!! My daughter's comment was, "It was perfect, Mom. Absolutely perfect!" The house was great for entertaining with a comfortable flow for mingling. Definitely an upscale Montana experience. May's a bit cold in Montana, but we had a mixture of outdoor (t-shirt to sweaters) for grilling and games, as well as indoor activities (Ping pong tournament, TV, board games). There was enough room we could do several different activities at once without getting under each other's feet. The wildlife was amazing, too. We saw a huge herd of elk--magnificent creatures. They were nesting within 400 yards of house, along with some deer. Thanks for making my daughter's graduation even more memorable!!

      Great Family Reunion Home

Left on 05/07/2009 for a stay in March 2008

We stayed at the 3 Bears Hideaway last year for a family reunion and loved every minute of it. We wanted to get together before my brother headed for Iraq for his second tour and Montana was the perfect place to meet. We had family come from Southern Utah, San Diego, Germany, and right there in Belgrade. The home was beautiful, clean and fit our large family perfectly. There was still snow on the ground in March and the kids (and some adults) had a great time sledding and playing in the snow. It was situated in a very private, but beautiful location with amazing views. The Mountain Home staff was very organized and flexible, allowing us to change our dates when my brother?s military leave dates changed. My favorite memories of the house are watching the kids have an Easter egg hunt in the basement, playing games around the fireplace at night, and watching the deer come down the drive. We had a wonderful visit!
