Villa Anna is a luxurious development consisting of three large apartments in the town of Milna located to the west of Brac.

Each apartment has a large open plan kitchen-dining area and a very comfortable living area with plasma TV. This leads out to a large balcony with a dining area that is perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Adriatic evenings.

Each bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed with ease. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite while there is an extra bathroom beside the third bedroom. The master bedroom in each apartment has a door leading out to the balcony to enjoy some morning sunrise.

... The three apartments have their own private garden and BBQ area and a separate parking space. The beautiful pool area is shared among the three apartments.

The garden in the villa has retained plenty of the olive trees that are so common in the area and even an orange tree.

The apartments are located close to the town of Milna and all of it's local amenities. The closest restaurant and shop are only 100m from the apartment. This is only a small shop and larger shops can be found in the town.

There are two marinas in Milna and Villa Anna is located close to the smaller marina. It is possible to berth your boat in this marina for around €50 per night. Likewise, you can rent a boat from this marina if required.

The nearest beach is also very close to the development and is less than a five minute walk. This is a stone beach and there are other beaches within walking distance of the apartments. The coastline around the Milna area is beautiful made up of many inlets and small bays. It is no surprise that diving is popular in this area and one can simply snorkel in the local bay or join the local diving club.

If you fancy a day trip to Split there is a regular catamaran that goes directly from Milna to Split. This is a passenger catamaran so will not take cars. The catamaran takes around 45 - 50 minutes and sails on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The catamaran leaves Milna in the morning at 9.15 and returns from Split at 4.30pm. The timetable for Sunday is not as flexible and leaves Split at 6.45pm and returns from Milna at 7.45pm.

There is also a more regular ferry service from Split to Supetar which is the capital town of Brac. These are large car ferries that can travel every two hours during the summer months. We can arrange this transfer for you if you prefer.Read more

Located on the west side of Brac, Milna is a beautiful old town with plenty of Mediterranean charm. While not a mainstream tourist destination in Croatia, Milna's beautiful coastline and ACI marinas have made it a very popular destination with the sailing community and for those who want to discover the Mediterranean as it once was. With crystal clear waters set against dramatic valleys winding along the coast, Milna provide the idyllic setting for any occasion. With Vlaska and Duboka Bay within walking distance why not find your own private cove and take in your picturesque surroundings. Milna is only a short drive from the popular Zlatni Rat beach in Bol along with the rest of the island of Brac. Why not go for a drive and take in other charming towns such as Sutivan or the larger Supetar. There is also a ferry service to Split that provides the ideal opportunity to take in the region's most famous and popular city.

  We stayed in this apartment for one week at the end of July. The apartment is in a perfect location, not in the downtown, but in walking distance from the restaurants and the shops.
  We could buy fresh cached fish every day and grill them in the garden. We preferred the nearest bakery, we usually bought there our breakfast. Ivan was always supportive when we had any request or question.
