This lovely guest house in the ground floor of the villa for three to four persons, was completed in April 2006. It is fully independent and composed by own bathroom and kitchenet , king size bedroom, large sitting & dining room,swimming pool, private entry and parking lot, open veranda, large garden of 1500 square meters. From the garden the view is over the old town of Bracciano, the Odescalchi Castle and the lake with the mountains behind.

This area, beside the beautiful lake landscape and the many water sport activities, is located in the vicinity of a vast archaeological area spanning from the first Etruscan sites, to the huge Roman heritage and the medieval time. The Castle Orsini/Odescalchi, due to its excellent state is one the most important in Italy, dominating with his size all over the lake.
There is a train every half an hour to Rome Ostiense , which stops in many downtown stations in between, as well as to Viterbo.
