Seagrass Flats Condo #1 is a ground level, pool side unit located at 101 25th Street North in Bradenton Beach. It is a four unit complex located near one of the widest beaches on the island and features a heated pool and barbeque area. Immediately across from the beach, you can be on the sand in less than one minute.Unit 1 at Seagrass Flats is also located less than a five minute walk from the bay for fishing enthusiasts. We just returned from our week long vacation in Bradenton Beach. We stayed at Seagrass Flats 1, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The quick access to the beach, the close conveniences, the fellow travelers we met... all made this vacation awesome. Our rental unit was perfect. It was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Even the pool was clean, and we never had to worry about over-crowding.I can't say enough about the wonderful experience our family had. We will definitely be back and will not hesitate to recommend Island Vacation Properties and Seagrass Flats to all our friends and family. God bless!

After finding the house we had contracted was not as advertised, we rented a small apartment in this complex. There were several small problems which affected our stay. Not enough outlets to plug in coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Things had to be unplugged and moved to use the outlet. The second bedroom was pelted with water on the windows rather than on the plants when the sprinkler system went off at 4:00 a.m.! The sheets were very poor quality and one of the beds in the 2nd bedroom had no mattress pad. There were no beach chairs. The location was good -- right across from the beach -- but difficult to cross the road!
The people we dealt with at Island Vacation Properties were not especially courteous at first. All in all, the experience is not something we would repeat.Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 03/19/2013

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Seagrass Flat 1. We're sorry you had some issues. We will certainly make an overall assessment of all of the linens. They were all just replaced about a year ago when the new owners purchased the unit so I'm surprised that they are worn so quickly. If so, we will certainly replace them. The issue with the irrigation has already been repaired and the broken head on the sprinkler has been replaced.

From the moment we arrived anna Maria Island took my breath away. What a beautiful relaxing place for a family vacation.
Thank you to Island Vacation Properties for the perfect accomadations. It was everthing we could have asked for. Bright clean rooms, washer and dryer, two washrooms, beautiful pool and bbq. Our neighbours were wonderful, very quiet and comfortable.
I couldn't believe the ocean was literally across the road. Wow! There was lots of restaurants to chose from and the grocery store was minutes away. Very easy for driving minutes from everything you need.
I was very worried that we would arrive and the place would be a dump. Seagrass Flats is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff at Island Vacation Properties were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was clean, comfortable and functioned well. The only glitch was the headboard on the Queen size bed was loose and rubbed agains the wall squeeking. when I rolled over. My wife fixed that with a couple of towels over the headboard.

The kids and I greatly enjoyed the condo and the pool. The air conditioning was cold and the pool clean. There was easy access to the beach, a gas station one block down and a grocery store just a few trolley stops away. This is a great place for a family with kids to stay. If we were to go again the only thing I would want to change would be the time of year that we went. I was very, very hot, upper 90's and the same for the humidity.

Myself and my 80 yr. old Mom stayed for 2 nights for a get away while I was there in Florida to driver her home from her winter stay. We enjoyed your home and thought it was clean and tastefully decorated. The pool outside was very nice too! The beach was across the road which wasn't bad, but it might be better if we stayed on the beach. We booked our stay last min. so I would say that the management was very accommodating in finding us a place to stay. My only concern that I would say is there was no extra T. paper in either bathroom, we did have to go out and purchase that.
