Our vacations at Bridgeport Condo were very good, we received great services from Island Vacation Property people, and they treat us very nice. The property is comfortable, with all the equipment needed for a family of five. The ambient outside was very calm, quiet, and clean. People we cross every day were very polite and friendly. Since Bridgeport is located basically across the ocean, it was very nice, just to walk to the beach in the mornings and in the afternoons get some relax time in a clean beautiful pool. My kids enjoy it a lot. Most of the amenities are to close that we walk everywhere. We love fishing so we enjoy the pier that was a few minutes away from the Condo. This is our fifth time at the Island however we all agree it was the first we enjoy it 100%. The only complain we can have is the cleaning, but after I spend the first day cleaning the house, the rest of the dates were great. Thank you Island Vacation Properties for your services, we had a awesome time.

Furniture was awful, even though we complained,nothing was done. Traffic from bridge was loud, but we did use pool, which was wonderful. The people were very nice and welcomining.

Green Bay WIPerfect setting for convenience

There were 4 of us "older adults", 3 women and my long suffering husband. The unit was perfect for us because the pool was close and so was the beach. We were right on the corner of one of the bridges and near a lot of stores and restaurants. There were place nearby where we could rent time in a boat or go parasailing. It was not a real quiet area but we figure we will have plenty of time for quiet when we end up in a nursing home!
The unit was just the right size for us with a queen size bed in one room and 2 twins in the other. The second bedroom was a little tight but we weren't there that much. The lanai got dirty every day from the traffic but you can't have everything.We blew up the TV on the first night which was a Saturday and we had a replacement on Monday morning. We had trouble with the air conditioning and it was taken care of within 2 business days. There were plenty of towels and dishes and we were really glad to be able to eat in for a few meals. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo--made it so convenient to run a load of towels whenever.
We could only be there for 2 weeks so we were very happy that the owner agreed to rent it to us for that length of time. We would love to do it again next year depending on the stock market! It was so nice to get away from a really rotten winter for at least a little while. I don't think I would want to have kids there because of being so close to the road but otherwise it was really nice.Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 05/27/2009

This is a middle class unit which could use a little work but was totally liveable. The air conditioning was a problem but was taken care of as soon as possible. The other people who either own or were renting were very nice. The pool was warm and felt wonderful to people from Wisconsin. The beach is a short walk across the street which is pretty busy but you can get across. If you want to be centrally located, this is the place for you but if you are looking for privacy and quiet, I would look elsewhere. We would gladly rent it again if we could get it for a 2 week stay. It would be nice if there was a grill included.

Bridgeport Condo 115 was beautiful and had absolutely everything we could ever need. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, and best of all - plenty of space. Huge closet in master bathroom, plenty of drawer space. Double sink in the master bathroom was a great feature. We also loved the screened in porch, great to eat breakfast. The pool was literally right out the window and was never crowded! The washer and dryer was also a great plus - no dirty beach towels! Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!
