My family and I stayed here for a week in May 2012. We have been staying on anna Maria for a very long time, but this was our first time at Bermuda Bay.
We were very impressed and found it to be a very clean and very nice place. The condo was very spacious and it was great having a garage for our vehicle.
We were initially attracted to this property because of the excellent value - you'll find this to be cheaper than most places on the island, but you'll get more bang for your buck.
Excellent location with close access to the beach and the bay, but with no opportunity for fishing due to the location of the dock.
The only reason I didn't give this five stars was because the pool needed to be cleaned and because of the layout of the condos, if any of your neighbours were loud, it echoed throughout the entire property.
Overall, an excellent experience!

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay at Bermuda Bay Club. We're sorry the pool wasn't up to your standards but with an open pool and the lush landscaping, leaves do blow into the pools. This pool is cleaned twice a week.

Great time had by all. Property clean and very tidy. Our only problem was we could ot work the TV in the main lounge.

We had a wonderful time, the beaches were beautiful. The condo was great. We had everything that we cold want or need. While vacationing there we were able to see the manatee's mating on the beach. Drophins swimming , It was great for the kids. and us. Our condo was equipped with flat screen tv's and attatched dvd players. the kids in every bedroom. We have stayed in other condo's in Bermuda Bay before and they were really nice but by far I believe this one was the best. We will definitely book this again next year. Only down fall was there were ants on the counter top in the kitchen, But they didn't bother us.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bermuda Bay 1467.
The property provided us with everything we needed
and we loved having the use of the beach equipment
that was in the garage. Excellent location for
walking to the beach and also the restaurants and
shops. We also used the islands free trolley service
and again having a stop just along for the property

The house remains updated and clean year after year and the price was affordable for my family. Our favorite thing was the location being right across the street from the beach without any need to drive. Island Vacation Properties is very professional, prompt nd true to their word. The thing we like the least is when 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday rolls around and we must leave our little paradise behind.

We had so much room and had nice furnishings. Most everything we needed and some we didn't were included. The unit was clean as was the entire complex. The beach was perfect and uncrowded. Enjoyed seeing the new sea turtle nests. We had a great stay and are looking at going back next year.

This was a great size for us, we had six in our family. It is very spacious. The beach is right across the street and resturants near. The back of the property has a nice boardwalk and deck at the water. We have a canoe, so it would have been nice to have access to the water at the deck. We had to go two rental properties down to put our canoe in the water. Otherwise, it was great. We plan to stay there this year too.

THIS APARTMENT/CONDO WAS PERFECT FOR A FAMILY VACATION. THE BEACH IS ACROSS THE STREET, & THERE IS A RELAXING DOCK ON THE BAY SIDE (VERY SHORT WALK). WE LOVED THE BEDROOMS BEING UPSTAIRS, THE LARGE L.R. TV, TVS IN EACH BEDROOM, THE "READY TO GO" KITCHEN, & THE DECK OFF OF THE LIVING ROOM. THESE BENEFITS ALL MADE THIS CONDO ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR A FAMILY! OH, PARKING WAS EXCELLENT! OUR ONLY ISSUES WERE THE HOUSE CLEANING WAS NOT UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS, & THE POOL IS SMALL. (I'M SURE THE CLEANING PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECTIFIED, BECAUSE WE BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE REALTORS). WE ARE IN THIS AREA AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR, & HAVE BEEN HOPING TO FIND A UNIT THAT WE LIKE WELL ENOUGH TO REQUEST ON EACH VISIT...THIS IS THE ONE!

We enjoyed a wonderful two week vacation at Bermuda Bay 1467 and are looking forward to spending another week when our daughter gets married. The property is beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed. We had stayed on the island for several years and walked by Bermuda Bay Club quite a few times and admired it. When planning the wedding and sharing the island with our future son-in-law for his first time it turned out to be the perfect place to stay. We look forward to coming back again and again.
