Our first time staying at the Bermuda Bay . Loved everything about it . It was clean, well kept and loved the very convenient location . Had an amazing , relaxing week at the beach /pool . Would definitely go back.

This unit was super clean and well equipped with all necessary appliances. It has been freshly painted and is decorated tastefully throughout. It has peekaboo views of the beach from all three decks. The island free trolley stops nearby. We caught fish from the bayside complex pier. We counted at least 10 dolphins during our morning stroll on the beach. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again.

Condo was convenient. Furnishings were "tired". Ceiling was peeling away in main room. Mattress on full size bed was "saggy". Condo was clean, but there was mildew in the shower and carpeting on the stairs looked dirty. Loved being able to use beach and bay.

It was just okay. The ceiling paint was peeling above us, the DVD player didn't work, took a few days to get us a new one. The slider doors in the living room didn't lock. All the beds squeaked terribly and there was no locks on the bedroom doors:( The worse thing was the pool was closed down for the last 4 days we were there. Wouldn't recommend.

The facility was nice. Great location to the beach. We were a bit disapointed in a few things. The unit wasn't super clean. Sand in the beds and some surfaces were dirty. The faucet wasn't working in one bathroom. The view from the photo was deceiving. We all thought there would be a better view of the ocean from our unit. Lastly, the kids were very disappointed with the pool. Very small and shaded. Beaches were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island at this condo. The condo is wonderfully situated in the middle of the island so access to the beaches to the north is easy and access to Longboat Key to the south is easy. However, there is no need to drive to the beach since a beautiful beach on the Gulf is just across the road to the west and if you walk the opposite direction to the east you pass the pool and come to a boardwalk to the bay with an area for sitting and relaxing or fishing. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the beach and interacting with the Turtle Watch people. The condo was well equipped with plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, linen, towels and all the appliances worked well. A couple of comments/suggestions: there is a hefty set of steps from the garage to the main living area and another set to the bedrooms, if you don't do stairs well this is not the place for you; instructions on how to use the TV, VCR would be very useful since you are confronted with 3 controllers; there was no hand/bath soap, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher soap, very little toilet paper and no cooking spray, oil, cofee filters or spices - be prepared to go shopping almost immediately, fortunately there is a Publix close by; and lastly, while beach towels are provided, get rid of the rusty, broken beach chairs in the garage and put a couple new ones for people to use in there. We had a great time staying here and if you stay here you will too.

Unfortunately, we do not provide the amenities as a hotel/motel would, and it is stated in your contract that neccessities such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are the tenants responsibility to purchase during the course of the stay. The cleaners do provide start-up neccessities. We will address the other issues and have them taken care of. We are glad to hear that you had a wonderful vacation here on Anna Maria Island. This was our fourth time to visit the area and the third time renting through Island Vacation Properties. Bermuda Bay is a great place to stay. The townhouse was well decorated and spacious. The complex is ideally located with the beach just accross the road and access to the bay available. It is located within walking distance of some of our favorite resturants. Renting through Island Vacation Properties is a very pleasant experience. Each of the properties we have rented from them have been wonderful places to stay. Finally, we took a fishing charter with Captain Mike Greig from Anna Maries Island. Third time we have fished with him. we caught over 20 fish to include trout, spanish mackeral, jacks, and snooks.

We really enjoyed the place. This one did not have a garage door key pad. Last year the condo we stayed in had one which made it easy to come and go without having to take a key. It was better all round then this condo. But we had a good time. We have been going to Anna Maria for the last twenty years, so we have stayed just about every where and this place rates up there. (even though it is not on the beach). The dock is great. We have a canoe and it would be nice to have some access from the dock to the water. We would stay here again. Thank you.

We just loved out time and the property, and this was not the first time we had stayed there. The year before my family rents one other condo, we meet onthe same week and just enjoy the island, the beach, the fishing, all of the quainte shopes, The publix grocery store is wonderful every year we look forward to going and buying their shrimp, pineapple, and fresh fruit. The Condo is a wonderful place to stay, with 3 bedrooms and 3 tv's everyone feels like they ar at home, the decorations and lay out is awesome. The only thing that I found when arriving that was not taken care of. There was absolutely no TP in any bathroom and no wash clothes at all. But a trip to the Publix took care of that. I would recomend this condo to any one.

We had a great time! We have stayed on the island for years and this is the first place I want to go back to. There were 3 families, all related and there was plenty of room. The only thing I would like is that next year I would like to be on the other side as the sun hits the porch. That way we could enjoy the porch as well.
