Very nice apartment, well fitted out and overlooking the beach. Pool area never too crowded. Good service from Island Vacation Properties, even though I live in UK.

The location was the best part. It did seem quiet most of the time which was due to the time of year when less people are there. No one was present to either side of our unit or directly above us. The restrictions of the condo assoc were ridiculous as the place was virtually empty and I was still made to park a second vehicle off site. On site workers entered my rental property without notifying me first. The unit was in need of general maintenance & upkeep which should have been taken care of before I arrived. The mattresses were old and outdated and needed to be replaced.
The rental agents were marginally helpful, but not very polite or sympathetic. I felt I deserved better treatment due to my lengthy stay.Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 08/08/2012

This space is very nice...right on the Gulf. It has been recently remodeled...very contemporary. Great sense of privacy / very quiet / secure / and easy walk to the beach. Island Vacation Properties was very easy to work with. Very nice!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Quiet stretch of beach, and close to everything. The view of the gulf is spectacular. Island Vacation Properties were Very helpful with any of our needs. Thanks for a great holiday.
