Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico Beach, these 1200 square foot two bedroom beach townhouses arranged on two elevated levels offer beautiful views of Anna Maria island sound. A nice yard with a access to a barbecue area and a six persons tub make our apartments an ideal place for families and couples alike.
The master suite has super comfortable king bed and contains its own private bath with a huge walking closet. From the master bedroom gorgeous views of the beach of Gulf of Mexico through full length glass windows, and at the opposite end, a secluded, wide porch overlooking magnificent Sarasota Bay.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the Bird's Nest apartments are located on Bradenton Beach. Anna Maria Island is located just 40 miles south of Tampa and 7 miles west of Bradenton. Can be accessed by: SR 684 over the Cortez Bridge, over the Manatee Avenue Bridge and from Longboat Key. Anna Maria Island is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Tampa Bay on the east and Sarasota Bay to the south.

4 of us stayed in the Birds Nest for 10 days in November 2013. Upon arrival there were some things that needed attended to. Told amerigo (the owner along with alessandra) about them and the next morning he had his repair guy right on it. Everything we told him about he took care of, right down to a new frying pan. Being right across from the beach, with people in and out every week takes it's toll. Amerigo came thru with flying colors, which is all you can ask of an owner/manager. The location is great & the townhouse is well laid out and clean. The wifi could have been better, and we even tried to fix this together. You can't go wrong staying at the Birds Nest. Just don't come when we like to go, since there's only 3 units for rent. The forth the owners live in.

The Bird's Nest is a charming, small condo building with only 4 units which is so nice and quiet. It was perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Just a few steps across the road and you are on the beach. Walk a couple blocks and you've got the restaurants and shops. No shortage of views from the multiple balconies. Unit is very spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our week there and are going back in November!
