We have stayed at this complex twice for a week in 2009 & 2010. The location if you have a boat is great because of the boat docks and the gulf across the road. The only area in need of major improvement are the stairwells they are in need of paint, new flooring and to be cleaning out every couple of days.

We enjoyed the room over looking the bay, watching the sun come up in th am and watching the boats go by. We come twice a year for Memorial Day and Labor Day with other couples who stay somewhere close by. My son and his wife have stayed in Pc13 before and watch over his boat and we have stayed in PC5 or one other over front.
This time he had a pet friendly one and we took Pc13. Love having the two bedrooms my mom and a friend of hers come too so they have their own room.
Kitchens are well equiped. Dinning room tables are great for playing games on, the view either from the front building or back building are great.

This was our 2nd time renting this particular unit. We found it to be clean and well organized with everything that we needed. The location overlooking the bay and just a block from the beautiful beach was perfect. We will definitely return!
