One and Two Bedroom Condos at Runaway Bay Resort

These condos have been totally renovated and have a very beachy yet comfortable decor. One two bedroom condo is located on the first floor, faces the lakewith a wonderful water feature, and is very close to a large heated swimming pool. The other two bedroom condo is located on the secord floor. Both of the condos are full of natural light in additon to the wonderful views.

The two bedroom condos can sleep up to six people.

I also own two one bedroom condos which can sleep up to 4 people.

The condos are just a stone's throw away from the fabulous beach

and Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy a wonder...ful view of

the lake, pool and the beach just across the street. We own a private access to the beach.

Most importantly I can assure you that these condos/apartments are decorated and maintained to my standards. Your host and owner,Michael Bartone. travels the world and has stayed at many 5 star properties. I understands the importance of the attention to details of the amenities in his units including only the best linens, sheets, and all the comforts that you have in your home. I have over an 80 percent return guest rate.

Michael's one and two bedroom condos at Runaway Bay on Anna Maria Island are just a stone's throw from the beach, featuring a private Gulf access. The resort also is located on the narrowest part of the island with the Bay of Sarasota in the back of the property. The one bedrooms sleep up to 4 people and the 2 bedrooms for up to 6 people. All units are equipped with a full kitchen and the utensils if you need to prepare you own meals. If going out is your preference you can walk or take the free trolley to many nearby restaurants and shops. We love to tell our guests the only thing you need to bring are your swimsuits since the condos are full of every amenity that you need.
If relaxing on the beach is your thing, the ocean it is only a few steps away. Sunning, walking, swimming or watching the sunset it is at your door. If fishing is a priority we have our own private dock on the bay in the back of the property

If you are young at heart you may want to head to Disney World ,Busch Gardens or the Orlando area, which is only a couple hours away. Or if a day on the links strikes your fancy there are public golf courses close by.

Your host, Michael Bartone, has been in the accommodation business for over 35 years. Michael personally makes sure all units are equipped with the comforts and amenities that he expects in his own personal and business travels.

  from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay mike bartone was always avaliable.he is very knowledgable with info regarding the area.the condo is wonderful,spotlessly clean with all modern facilities.also very tastefully decorated.the view from the apartment looks out onto a stream with a lovely water feature.at the rear of the complex is a fishing pier where you can also see the most beautiful sun-rise.also there are tennis courts and the largest heated swimming pool on the island,with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas etc.just across the street is the fantastic beach where you can walk for miles in either direction.the free island trolly bus stops right outside and runs every 20 mins.this will take you all over the island.i highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting all the home-from-home comforts and seeking "that perfect holiday"
