Left on 08/16/2012 for a stay in February 2011
My husband and I have stayed in this condo each winter for 6 weeks during the winters of 2010 and 2011. It is ideal: half a block from the beach, pool around the back of the building, Tampa Bay and a dock for fishing just behind the pool. There are at least 7 places to eat within walking distance, shops, a handy Quick mart, a miniature golf course, a city pier and easy access to the mainland. The beach is like white flour. The condo is completely furnished and outfitted and has wi-fi. We would be staying here again, but the new owners are here for the winter when we would be renting, so we are renting the downstairs unit. There is also an elevator which is so convenient for groceries and luggage.
