The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view off the balcony was beautiful! Got to see dolphins everyday! There was lots of quaint shops and restaurants within walking distance and the trolley had stops within steps of the condo. We have found our new vacation spot!

Bedrooms were large. Well decorated condo. Kitchen was well equiped.
Only negative was the screened-in balcony. Lot of dirt accumilated on the tile floor there. It looked like it was not part of the cleaning done each each week, but should have been. We stayed in Unit 1 Thanksgiving week 2012. This condo is in a great location and has nice views. I wouldn't say it is luxury - but it is nice. The condo has everything you need. The only negative experience was the bands that play in the evening. The bedrooms that face the street are not for "light sleepers", when the bands are playing, it is just like being there - you could probably request songs from the window! Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

My husband and I stayed in Breakers 4 with our two children (ages 5 & 11) and my in-laws for eight nights. We were thrilled to arrive to a condo that is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, with everything provided we could possibly need (even dish soap, hand soap pumps, washing machine detergent, beach chairs and rafts). The beds were super comfy and plenty of extra towels and bedding were supplied. We also loved the free trolley that stops right outside the condo and runs up and down the island all day long. Better yet were the dozen restaurants, bars and ice cream shops within two blocks of the condo. We walked everywhere with ease! Our only complaint is the street noise, since the condo is on the first floor and the front two bedrooms have windows facing the roundabout. But this is the trade-off for staying in the heart of everything and the noise is worth it, plus there is a noise ordinance in place and all music stops at 10pm. Aside from the beautiful strip of beach that this condo sits on, where we spent hours swimming and watching dolphins and manatees swim by, there are some amazing places to dine and hang out just blocks away. We stumbled across an outdoor wine garden one night, with a bluegrass band playing. Amazing! The creperie is wonderfully authentic, the Gulf Drive Tiki Bar has gorgeous views of the sunset and The Beach House was our favorite place to dine as a family. We would definitely stay at Breakers 4 again. In fact, we now think we may retire to this wonderful island one day!

We loved the Breakers 4 at Sandcastle so much at Thanksgiving - that we decided to turn around and re-book for Chritmas holidays, as well, before our plane landed back home !!! I have recommended the condo to at least 2 of my friends already. One friend may book it in the spring.

My three brothers and I went on our first vacation together(we're all in our fifties) and the condo was perfect. Everyone had their privacy, the location is perfect, the condo is stocked with everything we needed including chairs for the beach. The price when compared to a suite at an hotel is very reasonable, but wished we could have a discounted rate since we could not stay the full week.

It just worked out where my wife and I could afford to fly us and our adult children to this wonderful place, before any grand children come into play. After college and one marrage it was a very nice re-bonding vacation. The facility, location, beach, and dining were all well above our expectations.

We traveled to Florida for a Wedding in May. As the wedding was on the beach, we chose a place nearby to stay. Overall, I loved my stay at Breakers 4! But to be fair to all the "review seekers", I added all the Pro's and Con's. This condo was nicely equipped and decorated. Livingroom furniture could use some updating..but it wasn't awful. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the Gulf was amazing from just about every room! The kitchen is real narrow...but who wants to cook on vacation?? lol. The front of the condo is very close to a section of the road that gets congested (Bridge Street) and there is a bar/resturant, directly across the street, that plays music all day. This was barely noticable from inside, but sitting on the balcony and in the front bedroom, you could hear it. The "Historic Bridge Street", is not all that it is portrayed. Hardly any decent stores and they seemed to close early. If you walk too far down...it gets alittle scary. If your looking for seclusion, this is not the place. If you are looking for activity...it's great! The screened lanai is great for bugs in the evening, but can be somewhat of an obstruction when you want to gaze out or take pictures of the view during the day. Parking is beneath the condo in a secure garage. But we were not given a remote control for the garage door. So getting in and out of the car to open it was somewhat annoying at times. But, all and all, I loved the Condo, the wedding was perfect, the weather was beautiful, the beach was stunning and the water was spectacular!! I will definitely stay again!

Breakers 4 is a wonderful condo. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view was awesome and the beach is within steps to the condo. The condo is located within walking distance to shops, the pier, and eating establishments. It is very peaceful here and the whole family enjoyed it! Hopefully we will be back soon.

Beautiful condo. Had a great time. Needs some minor repairs maintenance wise (caulking around tub, etc)and living room couch cushions either replaced or cleaned. Garage door noise was a minor issue. We did enjoy our stay and would stay there again.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful and the place was well kept. Even with two families, the accomodations were adequate. The kitchen was a bit small, one of the roll a way beds was not operational and a towel bar in master bath was broken. The linens were not the quality expected for a high end unit. The kitchen had most everything we needed (not enough forks and pots were scratched up). The pool was a disappointment. Because of the public access, I guess the pool had to be closed in the parking garage. Therefore, to get to the beach, we had to walk out of the garage and through the public access. It was okay, but not preferable.

We enjoyed the condo & view very much. It was very nice and clean & comfortable. It is centrally located so you can eat and shop and never get in your car if you do not want to. We drove 1200 miles, so we did not want to get in the car to do things. The weather was cold in early Feb,we will return but later in the year. One of my favorite spots in the Florida gorgeous view out of the condo !!!!!

Our stay at Breakers 4 Sandcastle was the BEST! Everything was provided to ensure our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the hustle and bustle at the front of the condo, and the quiet calmness at the back of the condo. We found the location to be perfect! Many places are within walking distance and the trolley and buses are there if you'd rather ride.

The rental suite wasn't as nice as we had been assured by the agent to expect. The decor is beige and the furnishings are tired, plus the Elks Lodge and it's parking lot are the view from the windows. At this price, we expected more. If we decide to vacation in Florida again, we will only rent after viewing firsthand the accomodations.
