The location is excellent for beach, sun, and surf, as well as being within walking distance to eateries and shops. The condo was clean, updated, and well equipped. We loved it enough to reserve it again for 2014. The maintenance crew was excellent and responsive. On the negative side, the neighboring lots were messy and trashy. The screens on the slider doors are not lockable - a security issue - especially if you love listening to the surf at night. The chaise lounges on the beach deck are all broken.

Thanks for your review. We appreciate your input. The locks have already fixed and the neighbor next door has cleaned up the back area as of today. We had recently checked all of the chaise lounges and replaced any that were broken but we will check them again. Thanks for letting us know.

We rented this unit in October 2012 and it had all the accomodations we needed for a family of 5. Not only did we have our family vacation there, we rented out some of the other units and hosted our wedding there. We had everything in one spot! We love all the updated amenities and everything was just perfect! We will be back for sure!!!

We recently stayed at Beach House Resort 10, a total of 6 adults. I was excited about this unit before we even arrived because of the modern look and how close the water seemed. When we arrived, I was shocked at how close the gulf really is! We could not have asked for a better view (we even saw dolphins on our last day). The condo itself was spacious, had a luxury feel, and lots of porch space. The only downside was the parking. There are spots designated for all of the units behind the building (facing Gulf Road) but if they're full (the first night they were) then you feel lost. The parking spaces could be marked by unit so that there aren't any questions. Luckily, someone left and we were fine. Overall though, the location, the atmosphere, and the size of the unit were perfect for us. I highly recommend this condo and would love to come back! The restaurant next door also has a great atmosphere and great food!

Island Vacation Properties, LLC is a hassle free way to book and enjoy your vacation. We always feel welcome and at home when we arrive. This location is a prime gulf front location,large, never felt like we were in each others space... literally steps to the Gulf Cafe and the free trolley stop is directly in front of the beach house. We walked to Bridge St many times and enjoyed everthing the island has to offer. The only thing that could have been better was the weather!! Maybe we can all work together on that for next time!! This home was absolutely perfect. It feels like you are right on top of the waves when you are sleeping and relaxing in the living room. The home is well equipped and newly renovated.
Everything is within walking distance. The nearest restaurant is next door and has a great breakfast.
We had a great experience and look forward to returning.
The sunsets are remarkable as well.

We rented five one bedroom condos and the three bedroom condo and it worked very well for us to connect with our children and grandchildren who came from five different states and met there. The three bedroom is beautiful and was large enough to host family dinners and game time. Location was perfect for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House Resort 10! The unit was beautiful along with the wonderful view of the turquoise blue waters! The whole experience was spectacular. We had a family wedding, so many of our family members rented 1 BR units in the same building. It was nice having the whole family together, with such close access to the beach. We used our 3 BR unit as a base for everyone to gather as it was the perfect size to come and go! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Beach Resort 10 is a large, nicely furnished condo. Beach was nice. Hot tub/spa did not work our entire stay. Loud music from the bar/restaurant next door was an annoyance. Ac unit and street traffic noises were very loud in twin bedroom. Strong odor of mold in guest bathroom.

Island VaCa Props made it so easy to check in after all day of travel.It was a beautiful, updated and nicely appointed condo. We saw a lot of wildlife. Only Con is when ppl put up the EZ ups in front of the condo. There is space to the side (undeveloped) that would be perfect for this. I think the ppl that would be interested in this property are looking for a quiet Vaca, no children, an adult get away .Had a Great time we look forward to it each year.

this was the best place ever. I've stayed here many timesbefore, but in the one bedrooms (which are great). On my last visit I found out that there was a 3 bedroom unit and I knew that I wanted to bring my family! We had a wonderful time and never felt overcrowded. My 3 1/2 year old grand children called this the "backdoor beach" and they didn't want to leave. We're looking forward to next year.

The Condo itself was great, clean and had a beautiful view. The beach itself
was pale in comparison to other parts of the island. It was not at all
comparable to Siesta Key or even Clearwater beach. The parking was lacking.
The area outside of the condo was dirty. Trash overflowed from the trash cans
and the hot tub looked good the first day but soon turned grey and dingy.
Locals fill the beach each day and party in the hot tub at night. Most of the
units have no privacy on their decks. #10 is the only unit that has privacy on

great place...but,we needed a bigger waste basket in the kitchen...we had trouble locking the doors...but it is a great place. my brother stayed under us in the one bedroom ones and he also loved it.it was not cleaned when we got there.the ladies got there and tried to do it very fast...and it was not cleaned real well but they were probably in a hurry. we didnt have enough towels..but we were thankful to have the washer/dryer.the kitchen was beautiful...the position of the house was amazing as we could see the water from the bedrooms and the living area.i cant imagine owning such a great house on the water. we loved it for the week.

It is a beautiful, luxury house with everything you would need. We shared the house with two other couples and there was plenty of room for each of us. The view is wonderful from inside and out. We walked the beach each day, sat out on the deck watching dolphins, parasailers, beautiful sunsets and visited some of the tourist attractions. The trolley is a great way to get around the island. The stop being right outside the door was an added plus. The staff was very helpful with all the details. I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to come back each year.
