Our stay was comfortable with the newer amentities although storage was lacking. We were happy being located near the town. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was never working properly even though we communicated daily with the rental company or the hot tub maintenance workers.

Excelente lugar para vacasionar solo o con la familia. Remodelado, moderno y sobretodo muy limpio. En la orilla de la playa y muy acojedor. No tengo keja.

The place is more spacious than you would expect. The beach is wonderful.
But, when you check-in at night and there is no toilet paper, no hand soap, no paper towels! Come on those are minimal items in any rental.
Be careful or your navigation software will take you to 1000 South rather than 1000 North.

We arrived on Christmas Eve - the condo was exactly as described: full kitchen, queen bed, full bath, sleeper sofa in living room, large screened in porch which opens onto the beach. I was initially concerned that with the bedroom being near the street we would be kept awake by street noise - it never happened as the units are very soundproof.
There is also a coin laundry on the grounds which is very convenient and a spa which was great on cooler evenings. The condo was very comfortable. But the best feature is the beach which is just a few steps away. Each day we would watch the dolphins cruise by in the surf and a few times we were treated to them jumping and diving for food. It was awesome. We were so impressed with this location that we are already booked for Christmas 2012. We met many new friends who were renting the other condos and everyone was very pleased with their unit. The Beach Cafe (next door) has a great menu and good food. The free trolley means you can leave your car parked and save gas. Anna Maria Island is what "old Florida" used to be - quiet and laid back!

The beach house it self was great ... But I was next to a room full of children and Thier nanny 13 kids ... They rent 5 units /// but put all 13 kids and nanny in the room next to me. I was in between the Thier room and the spa due to the rain guess where they played in Fornt of our room and in the spa...

This is condo location is my favorite place to stay on anna Maria Island. I have been to the island a total of six times and have stayed in one of the Beach House Resorts four of those times.

The condo we rented was updated and very convenient
to many activities in the area. We were in a lower unit and had some issues with noise from the upstairs unit and also with street noise from cars.
If you are a light sleeper it may not be for you.

Apartment was great but we had a leak from the fridge cold water feed in the middle of the night.
We spent 2.5 hours in the middle of the night baling out the flood to the ground floor I managed to shut off the supply and basically saved the property from extreme water damage
We asked Island rentals to consider some sort of reimbursement but have heard nothing.
