Anna's Cottage, located at 105 3rd Street South in Bradenton Beach is a historic beach house located less than a five minute stroll to the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This refurbished cottage features a large open deck in the backyard with a gas BBQ grill and outside table. Our family of 5 just stayed here for 7 nights. It was advertised with a queen, 2 twins, & futon; upon arrival we found no futon but a couch instead that did not fold out. We wouldn't have rented something that didn't provide a bed for everyone, so I think the number the cottage sleeps should be changed to 4. The cottage was very clean & provided everything we needed. It was close to the beach, restaurants within walking, ice cream shoppe across the street for evening snacks. We have stayed on the island over a dozen times & love it, this house is perfect for those that just want the beach vacation with an expensive cottage rental. It is very basic, beds & a nightstand in the 2 bedrooms (no dressers), and the cottage is small but we felt it was fine for us as we stayed busy at the beach & other attractions and mainly were there to sleep. We did not make meals but enjoyed the great restaurants, but there was cookware if we had wanted to use it. We probably wouldn't rent it again taking our kids because of the lack of a bed for 3 kids, but I wouldn't hesitate if it was just my husband & I.

We have really enjoyed staying in this unit. Island Vacation Rentals have been great people to work with. Any time we had a problem they immediately took care of it.

We spend 8 days in anna`s Cottage and loved every day of it. All you need to bring are some shorts,T-Shirts & a swim suit and you are good to go. It`s clean, quiet and very tropical. The kitchen has everything you need, the Cottage is also stocked with sheets and towels. Step out of the door, walk across the street and you`re on the Beach. We had a great time and were very sad to leave. Can`t wait to come back.

The cottage is ideal for couple or family. We were disapointed with the rear garden, it hadn't been swept for weeks, the front grass hadn't been cut either. I e-mailed Bob at your office asking for it to be sorted. received no reply...This part of the service was disapointing...

The only problems we had were neglect of the property. There was construction trash at the back driveway, the back gate was completely broken to the point of not being able to use it and the plumbing needs a serious overhaul. The front step caved in from the rain the day we left and there were critters in the attic. However, location was excellent and we made do quite nicely, will come back!!!
