A comfortable old fashioned porch covers two sides of the house for excellent gulf or sunset viewing. House has large windows on west and north for wonderful views when inside. Laundry room available.

Interior is recently remodeled with ceramic floor tile, new counters & cabinets in bath & kitchen. Very clean with everything you will need for your vacation to be a wonderful experience. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, night club, fishing pier with tackle rentals, Ice cream, gift, shell and clothing shops. Mini Golf, post office, library, scooter, Segways, bike rentals close by. Boat, skidoos, Para sailing can all be rented at the nearby marina. Charter fishing available on island and in Cortez just the other side of the bridge. As well as fresh fish and shrimp shop where fishing boats come in.

This home is located directly across the street from the white sand
beaches of Anna Maria Island. Beautiful views of sunrises over the
Bay and Sunsets over the Gulf! Watch dolphins play in the gulf as
the many bird species enjoy the water. The Island offers 7 miles of
white sandy beaches that you can walk. Also walking, biking path runs along the beach. Island is one block wide at our location, so bay is easily reached.
Some of the activities available are: boating (numerous boat ramps,
boat/kayak/jet ski and moped rentals, deep sea fishing trips and
charter boat excursions, sunset cruises, swimming,
snorkeling/diving, canoeing, Kayaking, sailing, water-skiing, surfing,
windsurfing, para-sailing, shelling, rafting, fishing, preserves with trails and boardwalks through mangrove habitats, museums, children's parks,

Anna Maria Island - A Brief Description:
This beautiful Gulf Coast Island has beautiful white sand beaches
and a “small town” atmosphere, but is conveniently located
near “city” amenities. It has a Free Trolley that runs the length of
the Island and is fun to ride to the restaurants, shopping (Gift,
clothing, beach, furniture, antiques, & more) fishing
piers, beaches and many other attractions that are located on the
Island.
The Island is easily reached from major roads I-75, I-275, US-41 and
US-301.

Cancellations/Shortened Stay Policy:
In the event of a cancellation we require a 90 day notice for a
refund of your reservation/damage deposit. Cancellations or changes
that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the
arrival date, forfeit the full deposit. Cancellation or early
departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

The houses are on the market for sale, and have been for over a year. Hoping to sell to an investor that will honor rental reservations. This won't affect anyone renting at this time except on the off chance that we'd have to show the house while you're there. We require 24 hour notice from the agent before showing to give you lots of notice. Thank you for your understanding. Mom is 84, and would do anything to not cause her renters any problems. Many of her renters have become friends over the years and come back again. We hope you do too!
