The Good Times Upstairs Unit A, located at 303 Highland Avenue in Bradenton Beach is a quiet, two bedroom, and two bath unit with a spacious living room, large open design European kitchen and very spacious open deck. Just one very short block to the beach, the unit provides the ultimate in convenience. Walk to the beach or walk to shopping - a car may not even be necessary. After being moved to upstairs unit we were much happier. The unit is not stock very well in kitchen and need more towels and wash cloths.
The view is spectacular from deck and easy walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Beach, mini putt golf, fishing pier, jogging trail, 'The Beachhouse', a Trolley stop, and Bridge St. shops all within a few short blocks. Ideal location for family looking to keep the young kids occupied.
Newly renovated kitchen/laundry with top amenities, trumps the tired bedding/couch somewhat. Well appointed and supplied with your beach/pier fishing needs.
Large upper deck with some views of ocean.

Despite some small problems that the agents have been informed about this was an excellent property that is ideally situated for beach, eating out, and local transport. The apartment has everything that you could possible need in terms of cooking utensils and extra bedding if needed.
One thing that is not included in the agents description that might be of more concern to international visitors, who might have larger suitcases than USa residents, reaching apartment 'A' is by
four short flights of stairs. But don't

After discovering Bradenton Beach in Feb 2009, we would normally stay on a yacth on the marina, but during the July 4th weekend we decided to use a rental from Island Vacation Properties. Good Times A was an awesome rental experience with absolutely everything you have at your home and more. We were only in need of fresh produce since previous tenants left durable supplies behind. I would recommend this rental to large families and hurry up before I purchase this wonderful home.

This condo was lovely, very clean with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The location was excellent a 3 minute walk to beach and restaurants etc. Particulary liked the large balcony at front used it most evenings all in all had a great vacation - would definitely stay there again
