8 night stay at Dolphin Dance. Overall a good rental just steps away from the beach and easy walking to bridge st and the pier. The place was comfortable, clean and looked all fairly new. Pity there were no beach chairs provided. The upstairs bedroom was a little cramped but managed to make do. Some of the cooking equipment was not that great when using the induction ceramic hob, could be better.
I would also mention that visibility when driving out of the unit was terrible. Shrubs etc on each blocked the view and is an accident waiting to happen. Apart from this our stay was enjoyable as always on ann Maria.Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 05/19/2013

Was very pleased with the features and location on the island. As a former resident of the island I was glad to find a comfortable rental that could sleep up to six. We were right on top of the beach, never missed a sunset and the girls made sure we were the first on the beach looking for the fresh assortment of shells washed up from the night before. We were just a few blocks from Bridge Street and all it's fun as well.
Kitchen is very nice, yet could use a new frying pan or two. Sitting room upstairs was perfect for reading or quiet time on the computer. Shopping of all kinds is less than 15 minutes away, on main land, and the local aldi grocery store offered quality food and seriously discounted prices.
My only complaint is the massive bed frame on the master bedroom. It protrudes too far out from under the bed. A traditional bed frame could still make use of the nice head board.
Take it from someone who grew up in the area...for the price you will not find a better location or better accommodations on the beach. My girlfriend and her daughter were so happy, my family enjoyed visiting and seeing my girls watch the dolphins ride the waves and play around was priceless.Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 04/11/2013

This is our 2nd year in a row that we have truly enjoyed
our vacation (rental) through Island Vacation Properties.
The staff has been consistently courteous and helpful!
This particula rental was wonderful because of the panoramic view of the beach from our front windows!
Despite us being down there in the midst of Tropical Storm Debbie (June 2012) the rental was immaculate, roomy , convenient and easy access to many of the local sights!
We do plan on returning Summer 2013!

My husband & I have stayed in Bradenton Beach for last three years we love thearea here as you have the long sandy beach one side and the pier the other side with plenty good eating place, also there is the free trolley bus that takes you round the island so other great locations and restaurants to visit.
We stayed at Dolphin Dance and found it home from home and chilled out right away after a long journey to get here. Would recommend a holiday here and we will be back again.Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 03/19/2013

Our stay at Dolphin Dance North was wonderful. The house was in the perfect location, had all the things needed to make our stay comfortable. The only issues we had with this house was that the beds were very very uncomfortable. We didnt sleep much while we were there. We even tried the pull out couch in hopes that that was better than the beds. The DVD player didnt work either so our kids couldnt watch their movies. Other than those small issues, we would come back in a heartbeat. Island vacation properties was fantastic to work with. They were full of information and the people that worked there were all very nice and informative. Great experience overall!

Once again a fun time was had by all. We switched sides this year as the South side was already rented, were pleasantly surprised and think we will rent this side from now on. Everything was great, location is perfect for the places we wanted to see, dolphins swimming by the condo in the mornings, very nice, freindly people on the beach. Highly recommended condo, with great service from the staff at Island Vacation Properties. Thanks for a rgeat vacation!

Beautiful home -- and the beach was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the beds were very uncomfortable and the traffic was loud -- sounded like a bedroom window was open (but it wasn't)! Other than those two things, it was perfect.

Thank you for taking the time to review Dolphin Dance! For the past few months, the owner has been renovating Dolphin Dance and has replaced all of the exterior siding and every window. I don't think noise will be an issue in the future! In addition to this, they have replaced every bed in both sides. Thanks for your feedback! It does help!

We have fond memories of our week at the beach. Enjoyed the views of both the gulf and the intercoastal waterway. Our biggest disapointment was that one bedroom did not have twin beds as was listed on website. Luckily there was a pull out bed (couch) for our kids. Otherwise the home was perfect for our needs that week.
