the house needed a few repairs but our stay was a great experience and we will be back. I would gladly exchange some capentry work for vacation time.

I recently brought my mother-in-law, brother-in-law, husband, and our 11 month old child down to florida for a week long vacation. My husband and i had been to this area before because we were once residents of florida, but his family had not been there. We walked into this rental not knowing what to expect, but were absolutely amazed by everything. We looovvved the rental, loved the area, and will definitely be back same time next year!

There are only a few things that we would like to have changed. The fridge could easily be in the kitchen where the palm tree is. The stove needs replaced as we cook in often. The sprayer in the kitchen sink didn't work. These items would improve the place and update it. But over all it is unique.

We really enjoyed staying at the "Sweet Escape". It was exactly what we were
looking for. A small little rustic cottage. If we come back next year we will try
to stay at the same cottage. The proximity (2 blocks) from the beach was

I have rented this perfect little beach house twice and will do so again. The location couldn't be better; a 30 sec walk to Gulf and Bay. Nice restaurants withing walking distance. The island is busy in March so reservations are recommended.
