Description from the manager
The Villas is a small, 5 unit complex with a pool located steps from downtown Bradenton Beach and the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. All the units are clean and tastefully decorated with new ceramic tile floors and appliances. The complex offers FOUR 1 bedroom, 1 bath units and ONE 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit.
Unit # 1 has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa.
All units provide:
Full kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposals, coin laundry, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, linens, utensils, cabel TV, a brand new pool, BBQ grill, DVD players, wireless internet access, clock radio w/ CD player, and local phone.

Left on 10/06/2012 for a stay in September 2012
A very short walk to the beach, but don't have to deal with traffic and noise. Close to places to eat and shop. Enjoy the private pool and grill outside the back door. Everything is right there. A short drive to Longboat Key, Bradenton and Sarasota. I most certainly recommend this place for the price, location and quality.
